I know these are hard times when the word \"trust\" isn\'t
anymore in those terms as you know it from the dictionary. You may find it
weird for a program administrator to send newsletter when least expected or
when everybody\'s hope is almost drained out. But I persist in the hope that
you will understand our situation during this time.
I am going to be honest with you and won\'t write any stories.
There are three main fields that are facing issues now and I will try to
explain the status-quo of them, one by one.
First of all, those two already mythical words come again in the
spotlight -\"beta server\". You must understand that the pillars of
these company have been
put by the force of trust, respect and team spirit. Or, at least, this is what
I expected from everybody to express. We had a main developer who was supposed
to
launch the server on Friday, but even now, I am unable to get in contact with
him. But, the answer to this problem may come very quick - we have found
another team of
experts with a very good reputation, one that ranks them not amongst the most
skilled ones, but amongst the most reliable.
Secondly, the issue with low quantity of arbs is getting very
bothering for those users who never said anything bad about QuartaDimensio and
stood still in their QuartaDimensio earning corner. But, when the quantity of
arbs started to decrease, then it is obvious that even the core of the most
devoted members started to be suspicios. We know and we do understand your
feelings and expectations out of this venture. One may think - \"why do I
need this QuartaDimensio every-day-problem
program when there are so many other online businesses who can bring
more!\". You have the right to get upset, nervous, desperate, angry. All
your hopes and emotions, intentions and aspirations are pushing forward the
evolvment of this venture. And we want to express our enormous gratitude for
that! The issue with low arbs will be resolved. The person who was supposed to
launch the server is the one
who has access to it and we have requested to reset the root password,
however, the hosting company requires authentication. We can\'t reach the
server via FTP or SSH
right now.
The last and the most important - payments. I will put it
straight - QuartaDimensio Billing Department is currently closed.
QuartaDimensio has been managed before 2010 by an offshore fund, however they
have received a proposal to sell it to another offshore entity. Right now they
are in the process of QD audit. So, their main focus is now negotiations,
instead of taking care of payments. They didn\'t organize any billing
department and I regret it has happened such way.
This was, possibly, the most sincere newsletter that I have ever
sent. We understand that you have to pay for your bills and we apologize the

You can reinvest only in blocks of $1000 USD.

The Concept
Arbitrage has been around for quite some time. Banks and stockbrokers use the
technique when they trade in bonds, stocks, commodities, and currencies. The
basic idea is to buy a stock at a low price and sell it at a high price. But the
buying and selling is done simultaneously, so both the buy and the sell price
are guaranteed, and the profit is risk-free. Arbitrage traders are usually stock
exchange members-brokers'commissions prevent the regular client from applying
Arbitrage strategies to the buying and selling of securities. However, with an
increase in the number of online bookmakers in recent years, Sports Arbitrage

1. Please introduce yourself &company briefly, when did you start this
business and when did you start on-line?
Hi, my name is Richard. I look after Customer Support and PR.
The build of the QuartaDimensio system began in April 2006, and we’ve been
trading since December 2008. Our first sign-ups were in December 2008.
2. Can you explain what previous experience do you have in arbitrage trading
& administrating online programs?
Each of our team members brings vital experience to the table. We have
professionals from the betting industry, computer programming, and
administration and management in online and offline business.
Our Flex programmers have developed highly complex multi-player games. They have
developed a social network. They were also previously employed at the highest
level in their field at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Proctor and Gamble.
Our network admins are outstanding UNIX programmers with experience developing
and running software and games for online casinos, including, among others, 888
Holdings. They have also developed software for a number of other online
ventures, including email marketing software and related businesses.
Our management staff come from backgrounds in real estate, with many years

6. Concerning your betting pool amount, some members questioned that your
betting pool amount has been fluctuated so much – first $50 million, then $100
million and now $30 million, why?
Until now, we have not released information on the size of our betting pool. Any
figures that have been suggested by anyone are merely speculative.
7. And, in the first place, how can you possibly manage such big amount – one
other successful arb programme says that optimum $ that one arbitrager can
handle is $600,000?
The administrators of the Arb program to which you refer will of course have a
system that they designed in place, and if they state that their system is at
its optimum with $600,000 then we have no reason to question that.
In the design of the QuartaDimensio system, we did of course assess what was
possible as an optimum betting pool, and we have built the QD system to these
specifications. With some of our bigger investors, we do discuss this in more
detail.
Arbitrage Trading
8. We’re aware how the arbitrage betting generally works. Can you explain what
Key Success Factors in this trading are?
The key to successful trading is efficiency in the Arb-gathering process and
efficiency in the betting process, to enable the user to bet on as many high
profit Arbs as possible within as short a time frame as possible.
That means that the structure, reach, and efficient execution of bets by the Arb
bot-betting system are all vital. In the QuartaDimensio system these elements
are designed and built to work at the optimum.
9. Then, can you list possible threat in the arbitrage business – for example,
our US friend said bookmakers started closing down US citizens’ accounts?
Bookmakers have a solid system with which they make money, and the creation of
some Arbitrage opportunities is a by-product of that. Arbitrage betting does not
threaten their businesses.
Having said that, bookmakers don’t encourage Arbitrage betting. If people are
not aware of all the things that must be accounted for in laying Arbitrage bets,
then it is possible that they could make some ‘mistakes’ that could draw
undue attention from the bookmakers, and that could cause some bookmakers in the
U.S. to want to close some individuals’ accounts.
This scenario is not a risk with the QuartaDimensio system. The QD system is
designed with all this in mind. We spent 2.5 years designing and building the
system before beginning trading – and we’re still expanding the system now
– this is an entirely different scenario to some individuals making Arbitrage
bets using individual bookmaker accounts in the U.S., without having the
required background knowledge, planning, and implementation. With the
QuartaDimensio system, members do not need to know all these details, as this is
all dealt with for them by QuartaDimensio, so these ‘mistakes’ are not made,
and accounts are not closed.
There are no serious threats to the Arbitrage business. On the contrary, there
is a lot of untapped potential in Arbitrage. Arbitrage opportunities depend on
people gambling at bookmakers online, and gambling online is seeing massive
growth. Though there are other Arbitrage services, there is no other service

10. What about the limitation / risk of trading – some reported, bookmakers
have betting ceiling (then how much in average?)
Different bookmakers have different limits. Limits of $1000 are sometimes
imposed on individuals’ accounts. And limits can be as low as $100. The
QuartaDimensio system accounts for all these things. We have limits too: the
maximum an individual can invest is $10,000 until we have performed necessary
checks. There is then a further limit of $50,000, and any user that wishes to
invest more than this may contact us to discuss this.
11. and bookies can cancel the bet if the bet is suspicious?
Bookmakers are regulated by the jurisdiction in which they are located, of
course. Sometimes bookmakers make mistakes in calculating odds, and in some
jurisdictions, bookmakers can cancel bets on that event. But even in this
scenario, bookmakers often don’t cancel the bet, because paying out on bets is
their duty – they need to do that to maintain a good reputation.
In the answer above, I mentioned possible ‘mistakes’ that individuals could
make if they are operating without the right knowledge and outside effective
parameters. Arbitrage betting is legal across the world, so beyond this, bets
cannot be suspicious – because in laying Arbitrage bets, a person is not doing
anything wrong!. Sports Arbitrage betting is simply a method of taking advantage
of the disparity of odds between bookmakers, in the same way that stockbrokers
operate their businesses.
Your Business – Specific
12. Very basic question, please simply illustrate how your system works – What
I understand about the QD system is that QD collect money from members first,
then QD themselves bet on many bookmakers – based on your order if it’s
manual trading and based on their discretion if it’s automated trading, and QD
collect profits from bookmakers. Finally, QD send you money according to your
withdrawal order. So, there is no direct transaction (betting) between member
and bookmakers. Am I correct, or please rectify?

13. If my above understanding is correct, members are not required to submit
their ID to bookmakers, but only QD is the one who should have clear ID to make
transaction with bookmakers, am I right (some members confused with it)?
Yes, this is correct. QD members are not required to submit their ID to
bookmakers.
14. Can you elaborate your parsing technology – is it your proprietary system,
then being patented?
It is not patents that protect the system, but rather the assembling of a team
with the expertise to build it. Our team are expert in all the requisite areas,
and with these abilities, working continually and efficiently, it has taken us 3

15. Your site says “If an Arb expires as a bet is placed, we simply refuse the
bet and return the stake.” As a part of the benefits of parsing technology.
What makes you do it possible, once you bet you can’t cancel it can you?
Our system only accepts bets on events that are in the territory of
‘Arbitrage’ – i.e. guaranteed profit. As soon as the odds at bookmakers
change sufficiently that there is no profit, our system does not accept the bet.
So the bet is not made and then cancelled – the bet is simply not made in the
first place.
16. So, can you wrap up what are pros & cons for individuals do arb trading
using VPS service by themselves compared with QD?
With QuartaDimensio, users return 20% to 30% per month on their investment. This
is guaranteed. If a user does not make at least 20% profit on their investment,
we will top their account up to 20%.
Users can make this amount in the Automatic mode – in this mode, users do not
need to spend any time betting at all. A user could fund their account with
$5000 and set the account to Automatic, for example, and this user would return
$1000 minimum, every month, without spending any time betting.
There is no other system with which a user can do this.
17. In your opinion what differentiates does QD make from similar online

The parsing technology is a key component, and every aspect of the design,
build, and implementation of the QD system is important in enabling us to give
our clients high returns.

18. How much % do you charge on members’ profit? Is it your only earnings from
the arbitrage business?
Our commission is 25% and this is calculated before the displayed profit, so the
profit displayed is the profit that the member receives after we have taken our
commission. This is our only earnings from the Arbitrage business.
Your Business – Future
19. What is your long-term vision? Where would you like to see QD in another
three years? What would be a realistic expectation given the level of progress
you have seen to date?
Our membership base is growing rapidly. We expect it to grow to double its size
year on year over the next 3 years. Many members begin with smaller deposits and
add to that as they see the returns they are making, and we expect that trend to
continue. In 3 years time therefore, we expect number of members with funds, and
total funds, to be in the region of 8 times or above of that that it is
currently. This represents a number approaching 10,000 members investing funds
in the QuartaDimensio investment program.
20. How about the near future? Are you planning to close your doors to online
investors any time soon and become a private program with a limited amount of
members?
We are not ruling this option out, and if circumstances arise that mean this
will be to the benefit of our members, then we will do this. QD membership is 12
months by default. And after the 12 month period, for all members that join QD
before 2010, we will honor all reinvestments for a minimum of 5 years.
21. What contingency plan do you have in case unexpected event happens? Do you
have any reserve fund? How can you assure the security of the members’ fund?
We are very well funded and this means our clients’ investments are absolutely
secure. We are in a position to offer you verification of this in the form of a
bank guarantee for any amount up to $100 Million by SWIFT MT706. Funds matching
your deposit to QD will be placed in your account for 48 hours.
22. I understand from the previous correspondences that you have some other
profit sources than arbitrage betting? Can you elaborate on that?
We are more than happy to answer any questions relating to our Arbitrage betting

23. What will be the possible causes enforcing you to close your business, if

We will close our business to new members when maximum betting capability has

24. For payment processors, do you have any plan to add STP, SP and Alert Pay in

Some of the less common payment processors we don’t accept, as there are very
few members that wish to use these methods, and those that would like to, are
usually happy to use a different payment method.
25.Regarding PayPal, understand that they generally don’t accept this type of
business, is there any chance that you will be disallowed to use PayPal in the
future?

change their policy to disallow our business.
26. Is there any chance to make the site more user friendly – to make it
easier to find out what to do & how to do?
Yes, any comments on user-friendliness of our site are welcomed. Our focus has
always been on ensuring that the bet-bot system works at its optimum, in order
that we can return our members the very best profits possible. There has
therefore been a focus on this area. If there are shortcomings in
user-friendliness of our site, then certainly we are listening.
27. In the betting screen, you indicate "Push Risk" and
"Risk%"? What sort of risk are we talking here, means how can we read
those?
This is the probability that your bet is not accepted. It does not refer to risk
of funds. There is no risk to users’ funds. Effectively, for the user, success
rate is 100% in both Manual and Automatic modes. For QuartaDimensio, the success
rate is about 98% – it’s about the same in each mode. QuartaDimensio absorb
the losses on the 2% of bets that don’t return a profit, and members keep
their stakes. So for the user, on 2% of bets, there is no profit and no loss,
and 98% of bets return a profit.
28. People don’t receive any acknowledgement after they deposit money, which
they feel unsecured, can you improve it?
Yes, users now receive acknowledgement after they deposit funds.
29. Your London tel number never even rings, is there any temporary problem?
