Using Ionized Water

Alkaline ionized water (pH 8.0 - 9.5)

Dissolving capacity - the ability to dissolve other substances.

Softening effect - the tendency to soften materials.

Heat conduction - heat is conducted rapidly and boiling time is shortened.

For maintaining physical health

Drinking ionized water continually will gradually rectify bodily acidity and replace it with bodily alkalinity.

Digestive function:
Drink at least two liters per day for excess gastric acid, chronic diarrhea, digestive disorders, and abnormal gastro-intestinal fermentation.

General health improvement:
Drink at least two liters per day to gradually rectify bodily acidity and replace it with bodily alkalinity.

Health

Regular drinking water

Use to brew coffee and tea

Coffee: ionized water brews coffee with a rich aroma and clear color, while allowing its true, acidity to come through in the flavor. Requires only-half of the usual amount of coffee beans.
Green tea: inhibits release of tannins for a clear and attractive color. Black tea: produces a rich color and an enjoyable full-bodied taste.

Meals

Cook rice with pH 9 ionized water

(pleasant sheen, does not spoil or lose color, also use to wash rice before cooking).

The chlorine in tap water cuts the vitamin content of rice, in half. Vitamin B1 loss is even greater, at 8O%. Use ionized water to wash the rice and to cook it. Rice will cook faster and taste better. Stale rice should be washed and then left to sit for a while before cooking, but it will a lot of taste better cooked in ionized water.

Miso soup, other soups

makes good broth, less need for flavorings).

Miso soup : you can get the same taste with less miso than you are accustomed to using.

Japanese soups: kangen water brings out the true flavor of the ingredients and makes the broth taste better.

Flavorings

Replace 1 /4 to 1/3 of soy sauce or other sauces with ionized water for greatly improved taste.

Washing off the harsh taste from vegetables

You can quickly and easily wash off the harsh taste from vegetables such as burdock, onions, mushrooms, horseradish, and osmund (fern).

Scald and cleanse green vegetables

Keep the green color in spinach, edamame, cabbage, and broccoli.

Soak liver and other meats: soak liver, mutton, or whale meat for 20-30 minutes in ionized water to drain out the blood and make it smell better.

Stews

Ionized water brings out the flavor in the ingredients in well-cooked stews. And creates a rich taste with less flavoring.

Heat conduction

Ionized water conducts heat more readily, so it comes to a boil more quickly. This shortens cooking time and saves on the gas.

Please be careful not to over cook foods.

Use to water decorative plants and flowers

(use pH 8.5 to keep plants fresh, help them live longer).

Roses and blueberries are among the plants that respond better to acidity.

Please be aware of this. Use a mister to spray the stems, dilute it by a factor of three when used to water the soil. )

Use one-third ionized water and two-thirds purified water to make fish healthier.

Using STRONG Ionized water

Strong Ionized Water (pH 11.0 and higher)

Not suitable for use as drinking water

(make sure to use 99% pure salt for generation).

Heat conduction – heat is transmitted faster, takes less time for material to heat up.

Cleansing capacity - increases capacity to dissolve substances and wash them off.

Remove harsh taste from vegetables:
works faster on harsh taste of mushrooms, bracken, and osmund.

Use to scald vegetables
spinach, edamame, and cabbage.

Cleansing:
use to disinfect meat, vegetables, and fish, and to clean cutting boards and| dish towels.

Laundry:
use instead of laundry detergent. Cuts water usage to 1 /3 or 1 /4 of normal, and so it is economical.

General cleanup:
use for general kitchen cleanup, including oil leaks from ventilation fans, to remove toilet rings, and wash off dirt from your car body and tires.

Stain remover:
softening effect makes strong kangen water a good stain remover for coffee stains, soy sauce stains and other oily stains.

Strong ionized water is water with a oH of 11.0 or greater, and an oxidation-reduction potential of-8OOmV or less. Strong ionized water contains minute quantities of sodium hydroxide, giving it the same cleansing capacity as soapy water. To increase the antibacterial effect of strong acid water, wash the area a while before hand with strong ionized water.

Removes protein and fat contaminants, which are a breeding ground for bacteria.

Good at getting rid of sliminess from fresh fish.

Use to boil noodles

Tempura fries faster with batter that is crisp, not sticky.

Boiling eggs

The inside won't leak out even if the she cracks while boiling.

Frozen foods

Adding acid water to frozen foods, fish, and shrimp helps retain their flavor while thawing.

Clean encrusted bowls and teacups

Soak them overnight in acid water and the encrustation will come right off.

Use to clean cutting boards and dish towels.

Acid water has antibacterial action. Wash and disinfect them completely.

Use to wash tableware

Cleans glasses and cups bright and shiny.

Use for polishing

Takes the dirt right off mirrors, eyeglasses, drinking glasses, and knife sharpeners, and leaves them shiny.

Use for cleaning floors

Dirt comes right off of "tatami “ mats, hallway flooring, tile, etc, without leaving them sticky.

Bath water

Pour three buckets of acid water in the bath to make it heat up faster. Bathtub ring doesn't form as easily, the water holds its heat better, and your skin will look better.

Hand cloths

Gets rid of unpleasant odors.

Laundry pre-soak

Pre-soak your laundry in acid water for a water-softening effect.

Pet care

Wet your brush with acid water while brushing to make your dog's coat shine.

Personal Care

Facial care

Acid water acts as an astringent and will make your skin look better Jt naturally dries when you oat it down. For men, it also makes a good after-shave.

Hair care

Use as a rinse after you wash your hair. Your hair will be shiny and will comb out easily.

Rashes

Apply with a cloth.

Athlete's foot

Soak your feet in acid water at around body temperature for 3-4 minutes.

Burns

Soak promptly in acid water to prevent blistering and scarring.

Bleeding

The astringent property of acid water helps stop cuts from bleeding.

Using Strong Electrolytic Water

Strong Acid Water (pH 2.7or less)

Not suitable for use as drinking water

Antibacterial and Disinfectant Uses (make sure to use 99% pure salt for generation).

Burns:
Spray on (with fine mist) or apply with soaked cotton ball.

Athlete's foot:
soak in lukewarm strong acid water (about body temperature for 30-40mlnutes, continue for several days. Also effective against ringworm.

Oral inflammation:
Rinse out your mouth several times with strong acid water.

Gum disease:
Rinse out your mouth several times. Use strong acid water to brush your teeth. You won't need commercial toothpaste (in a tube) any more.

External injuries:
Spray on or apply with soaked cotton ball.

Hemorrhoids:
Oat on with soaked towel or cotton ball.

Chronic hemorrhoids:
Apply with soaked cotton ball. For even more effectiveness, put strong acid water in a wash basin and apply to the affected area for about 30 minutes.

Heat rash:
Soak cotton ball or towel with strong acid water and hold against the affected area for 30 minutes (continue for week).

Body odor:
Spray on.

Sunburn:
Spray on or pat on with towel soaked in strong acid water.

Atopic dermatitis:
Pat on with towel when entering the bath, or spray on (using as fine a mist as possible).

Inflammation:
Apply strong acid water to inflammation around the mouth.

Tonsillitis:
rinse regularly.

Sty:
Use strong acid water as eye drops 2-3 times.

Ear lobe inflammation:
Apply using cotton swab.

Hair:
Spray on several times daily for pattern baldness.

Dandruff:
Use strong acid water as a rinse after washing your hair, spray on scalp during salon hair care.

Feminine hygiene:
Spray on white using the bidet or toilet (eliminates odor from candidacies and tricomonas vaginalis).

Gonorrhea:
wash affected area with strong acid water.
Bedsores: spray on affected area.

Other:
wash your face and spray on your face after shaving every day for a better appearance.

Cleaning:
use to clean and disinfect foods (vegetables, fish, meat) and utensils. Strong acid water dissolves and washes away pesticides and synthetic kitchen detergents.
