They were told if industry were to collapse, for example GM going bankrupt (what a coincidence) resulting in mass unemployment, a depression would soon follow and municipalities could expect to loose 40% of their funds.
	Every county in the nation would be required to prepare a "Hazard Mitigation Plan."
	The county should prepare a plan to vaccinate the entire population within 48 hours and practice the plan several times.
	FEMA inquired to where mass graves could be placed in the county and would they accept bodies from elsewhere.
	The sheriff’s department via the state sheriff association was told that no .223 ammunition rounds would be available as the military would be purchasing all stocks.
	The county was asked to make plans for “hardening” of police and fire stations, putting in hardened bunker type buildings around town.
	The county was asked to make plans for the possibility of up to 400,000 refugees from Chicago.

The super wealthy were told what was planned!

Cemeteries begin digging mass graves

In March, 2009, news broke in several areas of the USA revealing government cemeteries - many of them military - had suddenly begun preparing mass graves. Acres and acres of mass graves, complete with cement vaults designed to hold multiple plastic coffins and accommodate hundreds of thousands of dead in each cemetery.

On April 13, 2009, just three days before Barak Obama's official state visit, a "flu outbreak" struck Mexico City with a vengeance. The first case was seen in Mexico on April 13. The outbreak coincided with the President Barack Obama's trip to Mexico City on April 16. Obama was received at Mexico’s anthropology museum in Mexico City by Felipe Solis, a distinguished archeologist. . . . . who died the following day from symptoms similar to flu.

On April 22, CNN reported that viruses from the U.S. Army Bioweapons Lab at Fort Detrick, MD had gone missing. What type of viruses? Flu!

Later that same day the trouble in Mexico had grown. 1,000 flu cases had been reported in Mexico City and 60 people had already died. Thats a 6% mortality rate. Remember that number: SIX PERCENT.

ONE DAY LATER, by April 23, the outbreak had infected up to 2300 people in Mexico City, had spread to Los Angeles and, in a dramatic turn of events, 75 school kids in a New York City Catholic Prep School, 2500 miles away from Los Angeles, suddenly took ill with flu-like symptoms.

In the meantime, the financial condition of the country and the world has almost collapsed. Over the course of the last year, the super rich have literally robbed billions of dollars and pretty much gotten away with it. Bear Stearns is dead. Lehman Brothers is dead. Merrill Lynch was sold to Bank of America (BofA) and now we hear the US Treasury Secretary extorted BofA into that deal and ordered BofA executives to conceal to shareholders they would be ripped off covering billions in Merrill Lynch losses. Almost none of these powerful people is being prosecuted and now. . . . . . . . . "the flu" is going to take out a whole slew of us "common people."

No ammunition to fight them

Of course, they knew we might get uppity about this if we figured it out, which is why, for the last 9 months, there has strangely been a shortage of ammunition. Without bullets who can fight back? The elite are buying up every ammunition manufacturer they can get their hands on. Have you seen the new gun legislation bill? And if you get caught with an unregistered gun it's prison time.

Over the past few years, many of you wondered aloud why our government was quietly bringing in savages from places like Somalia into our advanced civilization. The issue reared its head when "Somali lost boys" raped women in the cities where they had been resettled.

Next, hordes of Hmong were being brought into the middle of our nation. This broke news when a Hmong

Of course, the Chinese have been coming in droves and the Mexicans and South Americans have swarmed while our government looked the other way.

Mortality Rate
Earlier, I asked you to bear in mind the initial mortality rate of this new flu: 6%.

The worst flu pandemic to strike the planet took place from 1918-1920 and it was known as "The Spanish Flu." It killed a minimum of 20 million, but probably (according to Wikipedia) 100 million (See Wikipedia story here) It's mortality rate was two point five percent (2.5%) This new flu has already shown at least a six percent death rate.

Our planet has abut 6 billion people on it. If 50% of the planet gets this new flu as happened with the 1918-1920 outbreak, that translates into 3 Billion infected this time. 6% of 3 billion is at least 180 Million dead in the civilized nations of the world, and five times that number in the other parts of the planet. That could total about one billion dead.

This series of events was no coincidence and it was no accident. It was carefully planned for years and perfectly executed except for one tiny detail: I just figured it out.

Recapping

FEMA ordered caskets over a year ago. DHS and FEMA began telling counties to plan for mass graves months ago. Panasonic knew that new strains of flu would strike and ordered their top people home. The military has been buying up all the ammunition. The bankers and stock guys have brazenly robbed as much as they can as fast as they can. The government admits flu virus was "lost" from its bio-weapons lab and the world is suddenly seeing an outbreak of a new, highly contagious and very deadly flu.

Guess what folks? The only item left to be done is for a whole slew of us little folks to die.

This was a plot by our own government and the super rich to literally kill us.

Our government is guilty, Wall Street is guilty, the bankers are guilty and it is time they pay for what they have done and are doing. It is time to take up arms and attack.

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. What better excuse to enact marshal law than a flu epidemic?? Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft's  red and blue lists.  FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.
The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people. It gets worse. Most of these camps are fitted with both modern guillotines and gas chambers for mass disposal of human life.

(4-25-09)On April 22, 2009 CNN reported that missing vials of a potentially dangerous virus have prompted an Army investigation into the disappearance from a lab in Maryland.

The Army's Criminal Investigation Command agents have been visiting Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland, to investigate the disappearance of the vials.

The vials contained samples of Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis, a virus that sickens horses and can be spread to humans by mosquitoes. In 97 percent of cases, humans with the virus suffer flu-like symptoms, but it can be deadly in about 1 out of 100 cases, according to Caree Vander Linden, a spokeswoman for the Army's Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases.

There is an effective vaccine for the disease and there hasn't been an outbreak in the United States since 1971.

The vials had been at the research institute's facility at Fort Detrick, home of the Army's top biological research facility, for more than a decade.

 

According to the Army investigators, who are in damage control mode, he three missing vials were among thousands of vials that were under the control of a senior scientist who retired in 2004.

They are claiming that when another Fort Detrick scientist recently inventoried the retired scientist's biological samples, he discovered that the three vials of the virus were missing.

The original scientist's records about his vials dated back to the days of paper-and-pen inventories.

During this ongoing investigation, the retired scientist and another former Fort Detrick researcher have cooperated with investigating agents and, according to Vander Linden, they returned to the facility to help look for the vials.

This investigation comes two months after all research at the research institute facility at Fort Detrick was halted for a complete computer-based inventory of all disease samples at the fort. That inventory is expected to be complete before summer and may help solve the mystery of the three missing vials, officials said.

The CNN report comes just a few days after it had also reported that 21 thoroughbred horses dropped dead in a mysterious scene Sunday April 19, 2009 before a polo match near West Palm Beach, Florida. State and local veterinary teams were reported to be trying to figure out what happened at the International Polo Club Palm Beach in Wellington, Florida, as team Lechuza Caracas prepared to compete in a U.S. Open match.

In all 21 horses from a Venezuelan team died suddenly in the mystery outbreak that has left the sport in shock. The horses from the Lechuza Caracas team were due to appear in the semi-final of the US Open in Florida, the most high-profile event in the American polo calendar and a highlight of the international circuit.

The head of a Tallahassee- based pharmacy has stated on Thursday that it incorrectly mixed a medication that was given to 21 horses and US officials are accepting this as the cause of death.

Is this just a coincidence or a cover up story for the US Army losing 3 vials of Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis (VEE), a virus that sickens horses and can be spread to humans by mosquitoes and through respiratory secretions.

It is a cause of significant morbidity and mortality among these animals. VEE can affect all equine species, such as horses, donkeys, and zebras.

After infection, equines may suddenly die or show progressive central nervous system disorders. Humans also can contract this disease. Healthy adults who become infected by the virus may experience flu-like symptoms, such as high fevers and headaches.

People with weakened immune systems and the young and the elderly can become severely ill or die from this disease.

Another virus Swine influenza has very similar symptoms. Swine influenza is an acute respiratory disease of pigs caused by influenza A virus. This virus like the Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis virus is also associated with significant morbidity and mortality.

On April 24, 2009 CNN reported that Mexico City has closed schools as a result of an outbreak of swine influenza that has been linked to 60 deaths in Mexico and infecting people in the US.

U.S. health officials expressed concern Friday that a swine flu virus that has infected eight people in the United States matches samples of a virus that has killed at least 60 people in Mexico. U.S. health experts also are concerned because nearly 1,000 people have fallen ill in Mexico City in a short period of time. "This situation has been developing quickly," said acting CDC director Richard Besser. "This is something we are worried about." Eight cases were reported in the US on Friday and all of the eight U.S. patients have recovered, Besser said.

Why have they recovered so quickly? Could it be that the US officials know what they are dealing with -- a biologically engineered virus that went missing and has now infected people and animals alike in Mexico and Florida.

As they know what they are dealing with they know what the antidote is. They cannot offer Mexico the anti-virus because then the world would know that the US is responsible for this outbreak.

The world would want to know if this was a mistake -- or did the US actually intentionally release a lethal virus?

Can people get inflected with animal viruses? The answer is yes. Influenza or flu viruses are classified as influenza A, B, C which constitutes 3 separate genera, based upon the characteristics of nucleoprotein and matrix protein of these three; A has been subdivided on the basis of surface antigens, hemagglutinin, and neuraminidase. B and C are similarly designated but these are rare intratypic variations in B and none with C.

Animal flu viruses cause infection normally in animals, similarly as human flu virus causes infection in humans. The problem arises when these animal viruses infect the humans, and as humans have no immunity against these pathogens occurrence of explosive pandemics may be anticipated.

The problem is a global concern if this was a biologically engineered virus created by the US and someone within the US has intentionally released it.

SWINE FLU IN MEXICO: THE "NEW" BIRD FLU

We knew this was coming. Even though the bird flu hype was removed years ago from the nightly news, planning for the global pandemic and the development of pandemic flu vaccines has continued with little notice. Our government has instructed FEMA, made checklists for Homeland Security, given action plans to State and local authorities. These plans include methods and drills for global inoculation with a vaccine that will no doubt have the same deadly consequences as the Swine Flu vaccine in 1976.

My book, “FOWL,!” published in 2006, foretold the events that are now happening in Mexico. Reported death rates are skyrocketing, from 20 to 60 to 86, in a matter of hours. More than 1,300 others have supposedly become ill with “suspected” cases of the infection and reports are coming in from various States and Canada of swine flu. There are no sources or references given with these numbers; we have to take the word of CNN. A short look back at plans that were put in place several years ago will confirm this is not a spontaneous eruption and the solution – global vaccination – has been in the works for quite some time.

History Repeating

Even though April 30, 1975 marked the end of the U.S. presence in Vietnam, young men across the country continued to sign up for the all-volunteer army. Just after the Christmas holiday in 1975, thousands of enthusiastic new army recruits reported to the barracks at Fort Dix, New Jersey, to begin basic training. However, by mid-January, many were complaining of flulike symptoms; a few had even been hospitalized.

One recruit reported to his drill instructor that he felt tired and weak. Given the option to rest, he opted instead to participate in a five-mile training march on a cold February night. Twenty-four hours later, on February 6, 1975, the 19-year-old Pvt. David Lewis of Ashley Falls, Massachusetts, was dead. Word arrived the following week from the CDC laboratory that his death was caused by an unusual influenza type A virus. Particularly worrisome was that four other samples taken from ill recruits at Fort Dix had also tested positive for influenza A virus—a type that had previously been detected only in pigs.

Within three weeks of Lewis’ death – the only person ever confirmed to have died from swine flu on the entire military base – researchers and public health officials converged in Washington to persuade members of Congress to implement a costly new program to vaccinate the country. A nationwide campaign, launched with the urgency of a five-alarm fire, was started by the CDC which ramped up the vaccine production with millions of government dollars allocated to develop of a novel vaccine for mass vaccination.

The same five-alarm fire is happening today. This morning, April 26, 2009, the federal government declared a public health emergency, as the number of cases of swine flu in the U.S. rises to a mere 20, announcing the arrival of the long-planned for and awaited pandemic.

Pharma Protected

In 1976, the Federal Insurance Company advised Merck that all liability, indemnity, and defense costs associated with claims arising from the new swine flu vaccine would not be covered by its insurance plan. Having absorbed the embarrassment and the economic losses caused by the polio vaccine in 1955, the pharmaceutical industry and their insurance providers were determined that would not happen again.

This time, there are no worries. Drug companies have completely covered their tracks, and when reports of adverse event and deaths from the new swine flu vaccine start to roll in, they will be smiling all the way to the bank.

Flu shots were added to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Table in 2003, meaning, if anyone is injured, a claim needs to be filed through the Federal Court of Claims and it will be years before it is adjudicated. And that is just the basic layer of protection. All the drug companies have to do is whisper that this may be a “terrorist attack” and they are home free.

Before he was voted out of office in 2006, then-senator Bill Frist (R-TN), a physician, drove through a bill that gave drug companies more immunity than any bill ever passed by Congress. The legislation, referred to as “Division E” was tacked to a Defense appropriations bill during the final minutes of the congressional sessions before the Christmas recess. This bill provides at least four sweeping provisions:

1. Immunity from liability for all drugs, vaccines, or biological products deemed as a covered countermeasure against bioterrorism in the event of an outbreak of any kind. The proposal is not only limited to new drugs or vaccines developed under the umbrella of “bioterrorism” or “pandemic” protection. The proposal is so broad that it could include drugs like Tylenol, Advil…and would have applied to Vioxx.

2. Immunity for any product used for any public health emergency declared by the secretary of HHS. The authority to declare an emergency now rests completely in the hands of the secretary of HHS—an appointed, non-medical person who has no accountability to the general public. The president’s hand-picked person that is part of his inner circle will have the power to mandate vaccines and other medications given to the American people.

3. Immunity from accountability. No matter what a drug company does wrong, they are protected. Even if the company’s dirty facility created a batch of contaminated vaccines that resulted in death or injury to thousands of people, the drug company will not be held accountable.

4. Immunity from law suits. A person who suffers any type of loss will be prohibited from suing the drug companies. Vaccine manufacturers have immunity from almost everything, perhaps even murder. The bill provisions provide a mechanism for filing a lawsuit, but the language explicitly prevents frivolous suits by setting a standard for liability more rigid than any known standard of negligence.

In simple terms, if a claim is filed by a plaintiff it can go forward only if the injured party can prove that the company performed an act of “willful misconduct” resulting in an injury or a death. In other words, the injured party would have to prove the vaccine maker intentionally caused him harm.

Division-E goes even one step further. Unbelievably, even if a pharmaceutical company knowingly harms people, the company will be immune from legal prosecution unless the U.S. attorney general initiates “enforcement action” against the drug company in the name of the claimant. This means the U.S. government would have to go to bat for the injured party for the lawsuit to move forward, as unlikely as the current swine flu fiasco being an unplanned pandemic.

New Vaccines Ready to Roll Out

The swine flu outbreak is going to benefit one of the most prolific and successful venture capital firms in the United States: Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers. Share prices have already risen for two of eight public traded companies in the firm's portfolio of Pandemic and Bio Defense investments. BioCryst, up more than 26 percent, to $2.21 per share, and Novavax, maker of viral vaccines, escalated 75 percent to $1.42 per share on the first announcement of the swine flu outbreak in Mexico.

Novavax uses genetic information and "recombinant, virus-like particle technology" to rapidly engineer a vaccine. Its technology has only been through Phase II clinical trials but might be released prematurely. Novavax’s CEO, Rahul Singhvi announced Friday, "There is an emergency authorization avenue that is available that would allow us to use the vaccine in an emergency without further testing." The Division-E provisions would protect the company from all liability.

In the fine print of the Division-E legislation, (available for download at www.DrTenpenny.com so you can read it for yourself), there is a suggestion that a massive, bioterrorist vaccination program could be “voluntary.” Will the media make everyone aware of the one-line provision that potentially gives us the right to refuse?

Will government mandates override State exemption laws? The future is unclear but this has been suggested. Your personal rights are growing very thin and activism has never been more important. A quote by U.S. Representative Ron Paul (R-TX) says it all: “When we give government the power to make medical decisions for us, we, in essence, accept that the state owns our bodies.”

Staying Healthy

Certainly, keeping yourself healthy and protected from all types of flu strains is a priority, now more than ever. Here are some suggestions:

• Good hydration with alkaline water: If you don’t have access to an alkaline water machine, be sure to eat large amounts of alkalinizing, fresh vegetables and fruits such as broccoli, carrots, sprouts, avocados and berries. • Sleep: Get at least 8.5 hours per night, every night. Sleep is often overlooked at the key to health. This is simple to do and best of all, it is free.
• Vitamin D: Much has been written on the importance of adequate vitamin D for resisting viral infections. Have your blood tested for 25-OH-vitamin D. Your doctor can order it or you can order it yourself through sites such as www.DirectLabs.com and www.LabSafe.com Your vitamin D level should be at least 50 ng/ml. It is safe to take at least 2000 IU of vitamin D3 per day. With summer coming, you can get your dose of D naturally from sunshine.

• Vitamin C: Humans don’t store vitamin C and under stress, much more is required. Vitamin C is important for fighting viral infections. Take in at least 2000 mg/day for overall immune health.
• Vitamin A: This vitamin is one of the best supporters you can have in your cabinet. Mycel A drops given in juice are easy to take for children and adults of all ages. By taking 5,000 IU/day for 5 days is safe for everyone and will give your immune system a protective boost against all types of viral infections.

Do Not Take A Swine Flu Vaccine!!

I am making a plea to everyone who reads this, please, please DO NOT TAKE ANY VACCINE THAT IS PURPORTED TO 'PREVENT' THIS FLU.
 
Remember 1976 and the so called Swine Flu outbreak that was purported to be a coming pandemic? It only infected recruits at Ft. Dix. Why? Because I believe that the so called Swine Flu virus infected the recruits due to the vaccines they were given. Whether the government developed the Swine Flu 1976 virus and infected the recruits as a means to test the public to see if people would comply with a call to take vaccination against Swine Flu, or the recruits became infected via contaminated vaccine they were given as part of the recruit regimen, that outbreak was as phony as they come. I was one of the people duped into taking a Swine Flu shot and it made me so sick. I was sick in bed for three months after taking the vaccine.

Do not take seasonal flu vaccine if you are told that it could help prevent this brand new Swine Flu variant. It won't do a thing to prevent this flu. What it will do is serve up new genetic material to the Swine Flu virus that I have dubbed Spanish Flu 2, the Sequel. The Spanish Flu variant will use the gene sequences in the vaccine in humans to develop more of the changes that make the virus more readily infect humans. We do not want to give this virus more human genetic material so that it will infect humans more readily person to person. This is what vaccinated individuals do for pandemic strains.
 
There is also a safety issue in any experimental vaccine, much like the one in 1976. Some people even feel that such a vaccine for pandemic strain might require more than one vaccination which could actually be a binary set up. The first shot might just add some genetic code that stays dormant in the body until one gets the second vaccine shot which then serves to only cause infection. It could trigger Guillain-barre syndrome, Typhus or some other condition.
 
An Influenza vaccine does not protect or prevent a person from contracting flu. It is purported to, maybe, prevent some complications of flu and maybe shorten duration. I am not even sure it does that. Personally, I feel the vaccine weakens our immune system and also sickens us due to contaminants in the vaccine. I feel that people can better protect themselves by washing hands often and thoroughly. People should also use protective gloves when out and about during epidemics. Don't be afraid of "looking odd." I would not be ashamed to use a mask and gloves. I see that the Mexicans are using them.
 
A big problem during a pandemic is that these simple supplies will become extremely scarce awfully quickly. Stock up now. Medical supplies. personal hygene supplies and don't forget fido, or any other pet. Once a pandemic hits, it will be too late to stock up. Water, too.

We may lose clean water and electric power, so be prepared.
 
So, please, people, DON'T TAKE ANY VACCINES OFFERED.  THEY COULD KILL YOU BEFORE ANY VIRUS KILLS YOU.

Flu Bug
If you sell crack, join a gang, or rob the mob you can expect to die a violent death, but if you listen to your mother, eat all the right foods, and study hard in college to become a microbiologist, you should expect to live to a ripe old age and die peacefully.

That being the case, a few eyebrows were raised when five microbiologists either disappeared or died mysteriously violent deaths in 2001. A short time later the number rose to 19, and then 29.

They were found stabbed to death in the trunks of cars, thrown off bridges, or they wrapped their cars around trees after their brake fluid disappeared. Once again, this is the stuff of  Hollywood  spy stories, and not the way you would expect a microbiologist to give up the ghost.

By 2005, we lost 40 micro-biologists in less than 4 years, all under suspicious circumstances, and during this time someone discovered that they were all working for the government, or government contractors, on projects related to bio-terrorism, flu pandemics, or anthrax. Obviously they weren’t trying to find a cure for anything, or there would be no need to silence them.

Then it was discovered that our government was involved in strange experiments that involve exhuming bodies of people that were killed by the 1918 Spanish flu, and genetically engineered flu viruses, all the while the media is preparing the public with stories of bird flu wiping out thousands of chickens (acid test?) and even a few people here and there.

People who are becoming accustomed to the practices and motives of our criminal government tried to warn you of an impending flu pandemic, but your TV training taught you to dismiss them all as "crazy conspiracy theorists," and you naturally associated all their warnings with stories of Bigfoot and UFO abductions, just as you were trained to do.

The good folks of FEMA predicted a need for a few million plastic coffins, which are now spread out across the country, but despite this revelation, most of  America  still thinks their biggest concern is a toss up between the Super Bowl and American Idol.

Well it seems as if the crazy conspiracy theorists were right again, because the world-wide flu pandemic they were warning you about has been unleashed, and it will dominate the headlines until millions, if not billions of people are dead. It won’t be stopped because no one with the means to stop it wants to stop it.

Wash your hands often, pull your kids out of school, avoid crowds, if not people altogether, avoid alcohol or drugs that will weaken your resistance, and stay well-nourished.

Two of the goals here are to cull the population, and to encourage general mayhem and misery that only a World Government can save you from. You’ll be so worn out and tired of death and depression that you’ll offer little resistance to the new order. The economic collapse and World War three are part of the same plan, and it’s all been tried before. It’s the same crew behind this latest attempt, and it’s not difficult to see who’s behind it all, once again.

This flu pandemic that will soon cause people to drop like flies is no mutated bird flu. It’s a genetically engineered virus designed to kill as many people as possible.  Unless you llive on Planet Zod (somewhere the other side of the galaxy), you will know there is growing international concern, amounting almost to panic, that we are facing a deadly worldwide pandemic of swine flu. The actual figures, as of today Apr. 27th, are: 1,614 cases and 103 deaths (not all confirmed as swine flu).

After years of trying to will into existence a pandemic of avian flu, the media loonies have finally got what they wanted: something to scream and wring their hands about, trying to induce fear and despair in the population they seek to mind-control.

There is nothing the media likes more than fear and panic. They try to create it, every day, in the news and on television. Living here in the USA, I laugh sometimes. If there is nothing to be scared of that day, they drag up past miseries, instead of saying “It’s been a great day folks. Go home and sleep peacefully”.

In the hurricane season, if nothing is blowing in, they run stories of past hurricanes, over and over and over, just in case the population should relax and start to behave normally.

That said, the media in the USA is almost totally censored by control from the owners. The population is told there are dangers and threats on every hand. They are NOT told that most of this hysteria is full-on lies and counterfeit stories. They are CERTAINLY not told that there are plenty of solutions to the dangers posed.

What lies hidden, covered up by your leaders, can certainly cause trouble and even kill you.

US vaccine manufacturers bio-terrorists?

Now, nobody here is being told that the present “outbreak” of ‘flu was deliberately engineered by a US pharmaceutical company. Baxter International Inc. were caught on the brink of starting an avian flu “pandemic,” by distributing flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries last December.

It was only by providence that the batch was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was made.

H5N1 is a strain of avian flu virus classed as a bio-terrorism agent, as it has a kill ratio of 60%. If they had gone into full human inoculation procedures—and well they might—they would have perpetrated the biggest crime against humanity ever to take place. The scale would make Hiroshima, genocide and the Holocaust seem like schoolboy pranks.

By the way, it is impossible and almost inconceivable, that the vaccines could have been “accidentally” contaminated. You will hear that as an excuse, I’m sure, and the government will back them—because the government also has dirty fingers (I’m referring to the previous administration, which spent most of its term in office trying to create the myth of a flu pandemic and putting in place severe population control methods to coerce the masses into doing what they are told).

The fact is, that if Baxter has such dirty cross-contamination techniques, they are not fit to produce pig food, never mind vaccines for inoculation into human beings. Yet they are now snooping around the back door and asking for samples of the virus—so they can make up more vaccine and get more profits. What?

Why should Baxter be trusted, when they have already been proven to be at the very least criminally negligent, and at worst a prime suspect in attempting to carry off one of the most heinous crimes in the history of mankind?

The company has already put the safety of the entire human race at risk, and now, just a few weeks later, we’re expected to invest our confidence in them and take their shots with a smile and keep quiet?

As Mike Adams, The Health Ranger, has commented, “If you mail an envelope full of anthrax to your Senator, you get arrested as a terrorist. So why is Baxter — which mailed samples of a far more deadly viral strain to labs around the world — getting away with saying, essentially, ‘Oops?’”

A Bigger Conspiracy

Along with total silence and connivance from the US government about Baxter’s criminal intent (or negligence), the controlled US press has been totally unwilling to talk about this story or investigate it. All they bleat about is the coming pandemic and the fear it generates.

Yet in other countries, this shocking revelation is being freely talked about.

Not only that, but there is the whisper of a mass extermination agenda. People are asking: is this a blatant attempt to reduce the world’s population by over 50%?

It would suit the elite—but, of course, not the billions of dead people, if such a scenario could be truly engineered.

And while I am talking about engineered, let me tell you something TOTALLY SHOCKING that puts the whole thing into the right perspective…

The scores of people who have so far died in Mexico were killed by a strange virus that has bits of genetic material from swine flu, avian flu and human flu, consisting of an intercontinental mix of viruses from North America, Europe and Asia. This is odd, to say the least.

Scientists said the virus combines genetic material from pigs, birds and humans in a way researchers have not seen before. The official view states that despite mutations which are considered normal, viruses ‘rarely’ pass from one species of animal to another. So how could this swine flu manage to traverse the boundaries of humans, birds and pigs all by itself?

“We are very, very concerned,” World Health Organization spokesman Thomas Abraham said. “We have what appears to be a novel virus and it has spread from human to human,” he said. Flu DNA does mix but such an unusual combination does raise the likelihood that it is an artificial virus—perhaps derived from the Baxter vaccine, released only weeks before.

I didn’t believe the stories of deliberately manufactured AIDS disease: but I have no choice, as a scientist, except to grasp the fact that in this outbreak could have been caused when somebody deliberately released a contrived artificial virus into the population.

I mean, maybe the Baxter story is just a ruse, a device, to deflect attention from the fact that the power elite are working on this program and have just ordered the release of this “mass extermination” agent. Not that I am saying that Baxter might be innocent; goofs of such magnitude are criminal, not merely a slip up.

But this story already smacks of dirty, dark hidden layers upon layers, and I doubt very much that the Baxter plot is any more than the tip of a very nasty iceberg.

Meanwhile, if there is a high-up conspiracy, President Obama doesn’t seem to be in on it. On Apr. 16th Obama was received at Mexico’s anthropology museum in Mexico City by Felipe Solis, a distinguished archeologist, who died the following day from symptoms similar to flu.

The president seems to have been closer to contact with the mutant virus than almost anyone else in the USA!

In fact the really paranoid among us might even wonder if this was an elaborate attempt to assassinate him. It remains a rather strange “coincidence” that it all started on ground zero, right where he was visiting.

So, here’s how to decode the official dissembling and the media hysteria

Item #1. Somebody, somewhere wants this pandemic. It’s been pushed for years and the fact that the dangerous virus is now an engineered mix of strains does not alter this fact.

Item #2. The response will be totally unscientific, not based on sound medical reasoning but based on a manipulative and evil political agenda.

Item #3. Somebody wants the dollars. That means worthless vaccines will be forced on the population as a response. It may even come to the point where the population is forced, at gunpoint, to accept a dangerous and quite ineffective vaccine, because big shots like Rumsfeld have shares in the vaccine company.

Item #4. The Bush administration prepared the ground for an avian flu “pandemic,”
calling it “inevitable”, although in order to even jump from human to human, the virus would have to have mutated (or “evolved”) in a very specific way—a totally unpredictable event. So how could they know about it in advance?

Well, they could if they CAUSED it to happen. One might draw the conclusion that the government was working on that very mutation, and were going to release it soon. That’s how they knew…

Item #5. This is a tool for further restrictions of freedom. Regulations
have been set in place so that, should the government declare a pandemic,
vaccinations could become mandatory; if refused, the person would be
“quarantined,” which, of course, means imprisoned (you have wonder why so MANY new prisons are being rapidly built in the US, when there is no corresponding increase in crime statistics).

Committed anti-establishment figures seem to have a way of dying suddenly and conveniently in US prisons. It could be a pre-planned way to get rid of political troublemakers. Deaths will be blamed on the fact they didn’t get the vaccine in time.

Anyone who stands in the way of profits for Big Pharma is obviously, by definition, politically undesirable.

Item #6. The mandatory vaccine, in this Hell scenario, would become a further source of the disease, not a protection against it. If the depopulation agenda has been set in motion, instead of the pandemic being controlled, it will be fanned. The vaccine will infect healthy people. Figures will rise rapidly. Deaths will soon be out of control.

The 1918 Flu Pandemic

You’ll start hearing officials comparing this pandemic scenario with the great flu disaster of 1918- 1922. There is a persistent myth about this pandemic and its deadly effects, which 99.99% of doctors and experts get wrong, even when they are sincere.

The fact that most of the Mexican dead were aged between 25 and 45 rather than being elderly or very young is seen as a particularly worrying sign. The first victims of the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918 were also healthy young adults.

[MYTH There were no real healthy young people in 1918. By the turn of the century, 50% of recruits for the British Army were being turned down as unfit for service, because of severe nutritional deficiencies. The picture was the same in the USA and elsewhere. After 4 years of wartime restrictions, malnutrition only got worse, not better. In other words young people were greatly at risk].

I’ve uncovered the real truth of why so many people died of flu at that time and who so few have died in subsequent outbreaks. It doesn’t make sense, until you know what I have uncovered. Then one of the biggest medical mysteries of all time becomes understandable. It also explains why the flu struck young and fit adults first.

World Health Organization Raises Pandemic Alert to Phase 4 In the 2009 revision of the phase descriptions, WHO has retained the use of a six-phased approach for easy incorporation of new recommendations and approaches into existing national preparedness and response plans. The grouping and description of pandemic phases have been revised to make them easier to understand, more precise, and based upon observable phenomena. Phases 1-3 correlate with preparedness, including capacity development and response planning activities, while Phases 4-6 clearly signal the need for response and mitigation efforts. Furthermore, periods after the first pandemic wave are elaborated to facilitate post pandemic recovery activities.     Explantaion of Phases In nature, influenza viruses circulate continuously among animals, especially birds. Even though such viruses might theoretically develop into pandemic viruses, in Phase 1 no viruses circulating among animals have been reported to cause infections in humans. In Phase 2 an animal influenza virus circulating among domesticated or wild animals is known to have caused infection in humans, and is therefore considered a potential pandemic threat. In Phase 3, an animal or human-animal influenza reassortant virus has caused sporadic cases or small clusters of disease in people, but has not resulted in human-to-human transmission sufficient to sustain community-level outbreaks. Limited human-to-human transmission may occur under some circumstances, for example, when there is close contact between an infected person and an unprotected caregiver. However, limited transmission under such restricted circumstances does not indicate that the virus has gained the level of transmissibility among humans necessary to cause a pandemic. Phase 4 is characterized by verified human-to-human transmission of an animal or human-animal influenza reassortant virus able to cause "community-level outbreaks." The ability to cause sustained disease outbreaks in a community marks a significant upwards shift in the risk for a pandemic. Any country that suspects or has verified such an event should urgently consult with WHO so that the situation can be jointly assessed and a decision made by the affected country if implementation of a rapid pandemic containment operation is warranted. Phase 4 indicates a significant increase in risk of a pandemic but does not necessarily mean that a pandemic is a forgone conclusion. Phase 5 is characterized by human-to-human spread of the virus into at least two countries in one WHO region (Figure 4). While most countries will not be affected at this stage, the declaration of Phase 5 is a strong signal that a pandemic is imminent and that the time to finalize the organization, communication, and implementation of the planned mitigation measures is short. Phase 6, the pandemic phase, is characterized by community level outbreaks in at least one other country in a different WHO region in addition to the criteria defined in Phase 5. Designation of this phase will indicate that a global pandemic is under way. During the post-peak period, pandemic disease levels in most countries with adequate surveillance will have dropped below peak observed levels. The post-peak period signifies that pandemic activity appears to be decreasing; however, it is uncertain if additional waves will occur and countries will need to be prepared for a second wave. Previous pandemics have been characterized by waves of activity spread over months. Once the level of disease activity drops, a critical communications task will be to balance this information with the possibility of another wave. Pandemic waves can be separated by months and an immediate "at-ease" signal may be premature. In the post-pandemic period, influenza disease activity will have returned to levels normally seen for seasonal influenza. It is expected that the pandemic virus will behave as a seasonal influenza A virus. At this stage, it is important to maintain surveillance and update pandemic preparedness and response plans accordingly. An intensive phase of recovery and evaluation may be required.

What is swine flu?

Like people, pigs can get influenza (flu), but swine flu viruses aren't the same as human flu viruses. Swine flu doesn't often infect people, and the rare human cases that have occurred in the past have mainly affected people who had direct contact with pigs. But the current swine flu outbreak is different. It's caused by a new swine flu virus that has spread from person to person -- and it's happening among people who haven't had any contact with pigs.  

What are swine flu symptoms?

Symptoms of swine flu are like regular flu symptoms and include fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills, and fatigue. Some people have reported diarrhea and vomiting associated with swine flu. Those symptoms can also be caused by many other conditions, and that means that you and your doctor can't know, just based on your symptoms, if you've got swine flu. It takes a lab test to tell whether it's swine flu or some other condition.

If I think I have swine flu, what should I do? When should I see my doctor?

If you have flu symptoms, stay home, and when you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue. Afterward, throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands. That will help prevent your flu from spreading.

If you've got flu symptoms, and you've recently been to a high-risk area like Mexico, CDC officials recommend that you see your doctor. If you have flu symptoms but you haven't been in a high-risk area, you can still see a doctor -- that's your call.

Keep in mind that your doctor will not be able to determine whether you have swine flu, but he or she would take a sample from you and send it to a state health department lab for testing to see if it's swine flu. If your doctor suspects swine flu, he or she would be able to write you a prescription for Tamiflu or Relenza. Those drugs may not be required; U.S. swine flu patients have made a full recovery without it.

How does swine flu spread? Is it airborne?

The new swine flu virus apparently spreads just like regular flu. You could pick up germs directly from an infected person, or by touching an object they recently touched, and then touching your eyes, mouth, or nose, delivering their germs for your own infection. That's why you should make washing your hands a habit, even when you're not ill. Infected people can start spreading flu germs up to a day before symptoms start, and for up to seven days after getting sick, according to the CDC. 

The swine flu virus can become airborne if you cough or sneeze without covering your nose and mouth, sending germs into the air. 

The U.S. residents infected with swine flu virus had no direct contact with pigs. The CDC says it's likely that the infections represent widely separated cycles of human-to-human infections.

How is swine flu treated?

The new swine flu virus is sensitive to the antiviral drugs Tamiflu and Relenza. The CDC recommends those drugs to prevent or treat swine flu; the drugs are most effective when taken within 48 hours of the start of flu symptoms. But not everyone needs those drugs; many of the first people in the U.S. with lab-confirmed swine flu recovered without treatment. The Department of Homeland Security has released 25% of its stockpile of Tamiflu and Relenza to states. Health officials have asked people not to hoard Tamiflu or Relenza.

Is there a vaccine against the new swine flu virus?

No. But the CDC and the World Health Organization are already taking the first steps toward making such a vaccine. That's a lengthy process -- it takes months. 

I had a flu vaccine this season. Am I protected against swine flu?

No. This season's flu vaccine wasn't made with the new swine flu virus in mind; no one saw this virus coming ahead of time. 

If you were vaccinated against flu last fall or winter, that vaccination will go a long way toward protecting you against certain human flu virus strains. But the new swine flu virus is a whole other problem.

How can I prevent swine flu infection?

The CDC recommends taking these steps:

	Wash your hands regularly with soap and water, especially after coughing or sneezing. Or use an alcohol-based hand cleaner.
	Avoid close contact with sick people.
	Avoid touching your mouth, nose, or eyes.

Can I still eat pork?

Yes. You can't get swine flu by eating pork, bacon, or other foods that come from pigs.

What else should I be doing?

Keep informed of what's going on in your community. Your state and local health departments may have important information if swine flu develops in your area. For instance, parents might want to consider what they would do if their child's school temporarily closed because of flu. That happened in New York City, where St. Francis Preparatory School in Queens closed for a couple of days after eight students were found to have swine flu.  Don't panic, but a little planning wouldn't hurt.

How severe is swine flu?

The severity of cases in the current swine flu outbreak has varied widely. In Mexico, there have been deaths and other severe cases. Early cases in the U.S. have been mild. But that could change. The virus itself could change, either becoming more or less dangerous. Scientists are watching closely to see which way the new swine flu virus is heading -- but health experts warn that flu viruses are notoriously hard to predict, as far as how and when they'll change.

Why has the swine flu infection been deadlier in Mexico than in the U.S.?

It is unclear why U.S. cases have been milder compared to those in Mexico. Among the first 20 reported cases in the U.S., only one patient required hospitalization and that person has fully recovered. CDC researchers are actively investigating to learn more about the differences between the cases in Mexico and those in the U.S.

Have there been previous swine flu oubtreaks?

Yes. There was a swine flu outbreak at Fort Dix, N.J., in 1976 among military recruits. It lasted about a month and then went away as mysteriously as it appeared. As many as 240 people were infected; one died.

The swine flu that spread at Fort Dix was the H1N1 strain. That's the same flu strain that caused the disastrous flu pandemic of 1918-1919, resulting in tens of millions of deaths.

Concern that a new H1N1 pandemic might return in winter 1976 led to a crash program to create a vaccine and vaccinate all Americans against swine flu. That vaccine program ran into all kinds of problems -- not the least of which was public perception that the vaccine caused excessive rates of dangerous reactions. After more than 40 million people were vaccinated, the effort was abandoned.

As it turned out, there was no swine flu epidemic.

I was vaccinated against the 1976 swine flu virus. Am I still protected?

Probably not. The new swine flu virus is different from the 1976 virus. And it's not clear whether a vaccine given more than 30 years ago would still be effective.

How many people have swine flu?

That's a hard question to answer, because the figure is changing so quickly. If you want to keep track of U.S. cases that have been confirmed by lab tests and reported to the CDC, check the CDC's web site. If you're looking for cases in other countries, visit the World Health Organization's web site. And when you hear about large numbers of people who are ill, remember that lab tests may not yet have been done to confirm that they have swine flu. And there may be a little lag time before confirmed cases make it into the official tally.

How serious is the public health threat of a swine flu epidemic?

The U.S. government has declared swine flu to be a public health emergency. 

It remains to be seen how severe swine flu will be in the U.S. and elsewhere, but countries worldwide are monitoring the situation closely and preparing for the possibility of a pandemic.

The World Health Organization has not declared swine flu to be a pandemic. The WHO wants to learn more about the virus first and see how severe it is and how deeply it takes root.

But it takes more than a new virus spreading among humans to make a pandemic. The virus has to be able to spread efficiently from one person to another, and transmission has to be sustained over time. In addition, the virus has to spread geographically.

Obama’s Air Force One In Shootdown Scare Over New York City

Drug cartel involvment - These reports further state that President Obama was  scheduled to inform the UN, Russian and Chinese diplomats of the ‘full facts’ underlying  the current Global influenza pandemic that include its being a bio-weapons attack initiated by the powerful Mexican Sinaloa Cartel operating in league with al Qaeda cells linked to the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), who Obama is currently engaged in a bitter battle for control over the United States, and as we had previously reported on in our report, “Mexican Drug Cartel Linked With al Qaeda Unleashes Pandemic”. Russian Military Analysts, however, state that the American people are being given contradictory information by the propaganda media sources who these reports say for the most part are backing the CIA against President Obama and who stand the most to gain should Obama fail in his
efforts to rid his government of the Bush-Clinton Global Drug Cartel who have lead that beleaguered Nation for nearly 30 years.  And, as we had previously reported on in our January 22, 2009 report, “Obama Re-Sworn

Russian Military Officers are reporting to Prime Minister Putin this
morning that President Obama [pictured top left with UN Secretary
General Ban] was stopped by US Air Force fighter jets while Air Force
One was attempting to land in New York City where Obama was scheduled to
meet UN, Russian and Chinese diplomats for what the White House had
communicated was ‘critical and vital’ information relating the influenza
pandemic currently overrunning the World.

Though the US propaganda media is portraying this shocking incident
involving the most secure aircraft in the World as a ‘photo op’ staged
by the Pentagon, statements from some the thousands of New Yorkers made
to flee for their lives as this aerial battle unfolded portray a quite
different story, and as we can read:

David Frank of Jersey City wrote: “I work in 30 Hudson, which is the
largest building in NJ and is right on the water facing the Statue of
Liberty. I ran out of the building after a stampede of people began
running out of the building as they saw the jumbo jet being followed by
two fighter planes veer sharply towards our building and climb right
over it. By the time I got outside, it was coming around for its THIRD
pass, and I watched it level off below building height over the water
and then once again veer sharply towards the building. Several hundred
of us began to run away fearing for our lives before it climbed steeply
and flew over our building. Whoever thought that this 'photo op' was a
good idea should be removed from command...why couldn't this simply be
done with Photo Shop? Hollywood can create an entire armageddon on film
but the US military can't photo shop a plane by the Statue of Liberty?”

Patrick Kennell of NYC wrote: “We saw a low-flying 747 buzz the
Southwest edge of Manhattan, at Battery Park City, with a fighter jet
appearing to chase it on its left wing. At about Rector Street or so, it
took a hard left and looked to be headed straight for Jersey City. It
flew over J.C., turned south, and continued to climb over Newark. It
left our sight, only to return on the same path a second time about five
minutes later. It was confusing and panicked the office. We dialed 9-1-1
and considered whether to evacuate. We were told by 9-1-1 that it was
'authorized' to be there. We later learned, from your website, that it
was part of a DOD 'photo op.' NotifyNYC advises it was 'part of an
approved federal activity.' To conduct a 'photo op,' unwarned in advance
to Lower Manhattan residents and workers, in that manner was completely
irresponsible.”

Nancy in Lower Manhattan wrote: “Our building, One New York Plaza, was
evacuated, as were most of the high rises in this area. How could the US
MILITARY think that NYers wouldn't be alarmed by low-flying jets? Why
was the city not notified beforehand?”

Video taken of this aerial battle between Air Force One and US fighter
jets clearly show that the statements issued by Pentagon officials that
this type of incident was ‘normal’, even though no existing records
exist of any incident of this type ever occurring before.

These reports go on to detail that signal intelligence intercepts by
Russian Military satellites show that just prior to Air Force One
landing, two US F-16 fighter jets ordered the American President’s plane
to return to Washington D.C., which Obama’s pilot refused to do.  Upon
Air Force One refusing the orders to return to Washington D.C., these
reports continue, one of the F-16’s in pursuit ‘locked on’ its
air-to-air missiles which then made Air Force One take evasive maneuvers
causing it to veer towards the sky scrappers of Manhattan in a
‘defensive move’ that Russian Air Force Officers state was deliberately
done as Obama’s pilots did not believe they would be shot down over a
major American city in full view of tens of thousands of witnesses.

Upon being made aware of the plight of the US President, both Russian
and Chinese Military Officials ‘ordered’ the Pentagon under threat of
‘immediate and swift reprisal’ to cease their attack and allow Air Force
One safe passage back to Andrews Air Force Base, which according to
these reports US Military Authorities acceded to.

These reports further state that President Obama was scheduled to inform
the UN, Russian and Chinese diplomats of the ‘full facts’ underlying the
current Global influenza pandemic that include its being a bio-weapons
attack initiated by the powerful Mexican Sinaloa Cartel operating in
league with al Qaeda cells linked to the American Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA), who Obama is currently engaged in a bitter battle for
control over the United States, and as we had previously reported on in
our report, “Mexican Drug Cartel Linked With al Qaeda Unleashes
Pandemic”.

President Medvedev, upon his learning, this past Friday, of the full
implications of the deadly coup taking place in the United States, was
informed by the FSB that the leader of Russian Military Intelligence
(GRU),  General Valentin Korabelnikov, had knowingly cooperated with
anti-Obama CIA forces in the unleashing of this pandemic, to which
Medvedev immediately signed a decree dismissing General Korabelnikov
from his post and placing him under FSB arrest and control. 

As the death toll in Mexico due to this pandemic has soared to 149,
reports now place this dreaded influenza virus in: The United States,
Britain, Scotland, France Canada, New Zealand, Spain, Israel and Brazil,
with the World Health Organization expected to soon issue its highest
pandemic warning as the US has already declared a Public Health
Emergency and the European Union is warning its citizens not to travel
to North America.

Strangely though, as the United States Homeland Security Department is
now reporting that it is “preparing as if swine flu is a pandemic”,
reports from the US continue to show the American people are not heeding
even the simplest of protection measures such as wearing masks in
public.

Russian Military Analysts, however, state that the American people are
being given contradictory information by the propaganda media sources
who these reports say for the most part are backing the CIA against
President Obama and who stand the most to gain should Obama fail in his
efforts to rid his government of the Bush-Clinton Global Drug Cartel who
have lead that beleaguered Nation for nearly 30 years.  And, as we had
previously reported on in our January 22, 2009 report, “Obama Re-Sworn
To Office After Foiling Coup Attempt”, the fight against the new
American President by those who oppose him in the Bush and Clinton
controlled CIA is not only far from over, it is now brining our entire

First, an overview and background - as best one can do that, given that the story is still in its very early stages.   For perspective, although it's a tragedy for the families of those who have died, it appears that many more have recovered - but nevertheless, the World Health Organization has said it has "pandemic potential."   "Mexico's government is trying to stem the spread of a deadly strain of swine flu as a new work week begins by urging people to stay home  if they have any symptoms of the virus believed to have killed more than 100 people." People in Europe have been warned not to travel to the US, and the US (where at least 40 cases have now been reported)  is warning people not to travel to Mexico. Suspected swine flu cases have now been reported in several states and cities in the US, and as far away as New Zealand and Europe. It has also been reported in Colombia, Spain, Australia, France, Israel, Canada, Scotland, Denmark and Italy. The United States has declared a "public health emergency" - and is distributing millions of doses of Tamiflu (more on that shortly), giving priority to the states where swine flu has been confirmed. Where Did It Come From In The First Place?   Today the "possible source" of the outbreak is being linked to a small village in Mexico where a four-year-old got sick - and many others also became ill. Some of them died.   Is that a believable story?    Absolutely not.   This particular virus contains strains of human, swine and avian (bird) flu.   The Drug Company Connection   It's  an oddity, but oddly enough, drug companies - one of them developed Tamiflu under Donald Rumsfeld's chairmanship. ...are actually ready for this swine flu outbreak. To add oddity to oddity, they say they've already tested their drugs on this new strain, and (surprisingly) they are "effective." What an incredibly happy coincidence. .. they've been able to test their vaccines on a totally new strain of influenza which was first diagnosed just a few days ago and it is "effective."   Credible? The main player in the drug companys' arsenal of vaccines is Tamiflu - otherwise known as oseltamivir.   From Wikipedia:     "Roche (a drug company) estimates that 50 million people have been treated with oseltamivir. The majority of these have been in Japan, where an estimated 35 million have been treated.   "In November, 2005, U.S. president George W. Bush requested that Congress fund $7.1 billion in emergency spending for flu pandemic preparedness (the Senate had already passed an $8.1 billion bill).   "Bush's plan included $1.4 billion for government purchases of antiviral drugs. "Some commentators ... question the motives of the U.S. government's endorsement and planned purchase of oseltamivir, noting Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld's close ties to Gilead Sciences, rightsholder to the oseltamivir patent.   "Rumsfeld is a former chairman of Gilead, and federal disclosure forms indicate that he owns between USD$5 million and USD$25 million in Gilead stock (Schwartz 2005 ).     Adverse Drug Reactions - Lethal   "Common adverse drug reactions (ADRs) associated with oseltamivir therapy include: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and headache. Rare ADRs include: hepatitis and elevated liver enzymes, rash, allergic reactions including anaphylaxis, and Stevens-Johnson syndrome.   "According to the CDC, Tamiflu may not be able to treat Flu type A, the most common influenza virus in 2008. "Thirteen grams of star anise make 1.3 grams of shikimic acid, which can be made into 10 oseltamivir 75 mg capsules."   Apparently up to 90 per cent of the anise harvest (which runs from March to May in China and Vietnam) is used in the making of Tamiflu and its generic kin.   Oddly enough - and this is just an errant thought - that harvest must be under way right now. And virtually all the Tamiflu that has been produced so far, is still sitting around waiting to be used. So the drug companies are hurting for orders....   Must be just a coincidence. .. But let's stay upbeat.   Think natural. Vitamin D...Star Anise (it's still available in the spice section) ...and perhaps even that book that the writer and advertiser are  afraid will get banned because it is touted as "The One Minute Cure ..."   From what I've read, this too is all natural - and that has to be a BIG PLUS.

With all the sensationalized news about the so-called swine flu flying around, I figured we'd better set all the facts straight.

1. So far, around 70 cases in US (changes daily), of so-called swine flu have been definitively identified worldwide, most cases are in Mexico) and the U.S. no deaths). (Though about 2000 suspected cases, including 169 deaths, are reported in Mexico.) That does not add up to a pandemic swine flu outbreak.
2. This virus has nothing to do with swine. In fact, it hasn't been seen in a single animal. And you can't possibly get it from eating pork.
3. No existing vaccines can prevent this new flu strain. So no matter what you hear – even if it comes from your doctor – don't get a regular flu shot. They rarely work against seasonal flu…and certainly can't offer protection from a never-before- seen strain.
4. Speaking of this strain, it doesn't seem to have come on naturally. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), this particular strain has never before been seen in pigs or people. And according to Reuters, the strain is a 'genetic mix' of swine, avian and human flu. Was it created in a lab? We don't know yet.
5. The drug companies are getting excited…and that's never a good thing. According to the Associated Press at least one financial analyst estimates up to $388 million worth of Tamiflu sales in the near future – and that's without a pandemic outbreak.
6. Let's not forget that Tamiflu comes with its own problems, including side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, fatigue, cough…the very symptoms you're trying to avoid. And let's not forget that Japan banned this drug for children back in 2007, after links to suicidal behavior.
7. Vaccines for this flu strain probably won't have to jump through all those annoying hurdles like clinical trials for safety and effectiveness. That won't, however, stop the government from mandating the vaccine for all of us – a very likely scenario. And if the vaccines are actually harmful…killing people, for example…the vaccine makers will be immune from lawsuits.

California, by the way, has just declared an official state of emergency for dealing with the swine flu. Two deaths there appear to have been caused by it, making them the first deaths recorded in the U.S. due to the outbreak.

Remember that no vaccine has proved to be effective, including polio. Many such diseases have cycles and polio was down to less than 1% the year before the polio vaccine was issued in 1958.

All vaccines are issued after the diseases have diminished and big pharma takes credit for riding the planet of the diseases. If polio were a problem, why isn't it an epidemic amongst third world people who cannot afford and do not take polio vaccines? Why is polio non-existent in Amish and Mennonite communities where they don't take vaccines?

Critical Alert: The Swine Flu Pandemic – Fact or Fiction?

American health officials declared a public health emergency as cases of swine flu were confirmed in the U.S. Health officials across the world fear this could be the leading edge of a global pandemic emerging from Mexico, where seven people are confirmed dead as a result of the new virus.

On Wednesday April 29th, the World Health Organization (WHO) raised its pandemic alert level to five on its six-level threat scale,1 which means they"ve determined that the virus is capable of human-to-human transmission. The initial outbreaks across North America reveal an infection already traveling at higher velocity than did the last official pandemic strain, the 1968 Hong Kong flu.

Phase 5 had never been declared since the warning system was introduced in 2005 in response to the avian influenza crisis. Phase 6 means a pandemic is under way. WHO now openly states it is not possible to contain the spread of this infection and recommends mitigation measures, not restricting travel or closing borders.

However, a pandemic does not necessarily mean what you think it does, it is NOT black-plague carts being hauled through the streets piled high with dead bodies. Nor does it mean flesh eating zombies wandering the streets feeding on the living. All a pandemic means is that a new infectious disease is spreading throughout the world.

The number of fatalities, and suspected and confirmed cases across the world change depending on the source, so your best bet -- if you want the latest numbers -- is to use Google Maps" Swine Flu Tracker.

Several nations have imposed travel bans, or made plans to quarantine air travelers2 that present symptoms of the swine flu, such as:

	Fever of more than 100
	Coughing
	Runny nose and/or sore throat
	Joint aches
	Severe headache
	Vomiting and/or diarrhea
	Lethargy
	Lack of appetite

Top global flu experts are trying to predict how dangerous the new swine flu strain will be, as it became clear that they had little information about Mexico"s outbreak. It is as yet unclear how many cases occurred in the month or so before the outbreak was detected. It"s also unknown whether the virus was mutating to be more lethal, or less.

Much Fear Mongering Being Promoted

I suspect you have likely been alarmed by the media"s coverage of the swine flu scare. It has a noticeable subplot - preparing you for draconian measures to combat a future pandemic as well as forcing you to accept the idea of mandatory vaccinations.

On April 27, Time magazine published an article which discusses how dozens died and hundreds were injured from vaccines as a result of the 1976 swine flu fiasco, when the Ford administration attempted to use the infection of soldiers at Fort Dix as a pretext for a mass vaccination of the entire country.

Despite acknowledging that the 1976 farce was an example of “how not to handle a flu outbreak”, the article still introduces the notion that officials “may soon have to consider whether to institute draconian measures to combat the disease”.

Fortunately some respectable journalists recognize this and are seeking to spread a voice of reason to the fear that is being promoted in the majority of the media

WHO and CDC Pandemic Preparedness Seriously Broken

The pandemic warning system has failed as it simply doesn"t exist, even in North America and Europe. To improve the system, massive new investments in surveillance, scientific and regulatory infrastructure, basic public health, and global access to common sense interventions like vitamin D optimization are required.

According to the Washington Post, the CDC did not learn about the outbreak until six days after Mexico had begun to impose emergency measures. There should be no excuses. The paradox of this swine flu panic is that, while totally unexpected, it was accurately predicted. Six years ago, Science dedicated a major story to evidence that "after years of stability, the North American swine flu virus has jumped onto an evolutionary fasttrack".

However, maybe this is precisely what public health authorities desire.

This is NOT the First Swine Flu Panic

My guess is that you can expect to see a lot of panic over this issue in the near future. But the key is to remain calm -- this isn't the first time the public has been warned about swine flu. The last time was in 1976, right before I entered medical school and I remember it very clearly. It resulted in the massive swine flu vaccine campaign.

Do you happen to recall the result of this massive campaign?

Within a few months, claims totaling $1.3 billion had been filed by victims who had suffered paralysis from the vaccine. The vaccine was also blamed for 25 deaths.

However, several hundred people developed crippling Guillain-Barré Syndrome after they were injected with the swine flu vaccine. Even healthy 20-year-olds ended up as paraplegics.

And the swine flu pandemic itself? It never materialized.

More People Died From the Swine Flu Vaccine than Swine Flu!

It is very difficult to forecast a pandemic, and a rash response can be extremely damaging.

To put things into perspective, malaria kills 3,000 people EVERY DAY, and it"s considered "a health problem"... But of course, there are no fancy vaccines for malaria that can rake in billions of dollars in a short amount of time.

One Australian news source,3 for example, states that even a mild swine flu epidemic could lead to the deaths of 1.4 million people and would reduce economic growth by nearly $5 trillion dollars.

Give me a break, if this doesn"t sound like the outlandish cries of the pandemic bird-flu I don"t know what does. Do you remember when President Bush said two million Americans would die as a result of the bird flu?

In 2005, in 2006, 2007, and again in 2008, those fears were exposed as little more than a cruel hoax, designed to instill fear, and line the pocketbooks of various individuals and industry. I became so convinced by the evidence AGAINST the possibility of a bird flu pandemic that I wrote a New York Times bestselling book, The Bird Flu Hoax, all about the massive fraud involved with the epidemic that never happened..

What is the Swine Flu?

Regular swine flu is a contagious respiratory disease, caused by a type-A influenza virus that affects pigs. The current strain, A(H1N1), is a new variation of an H1N1 virus -- which causes seasonal flu outbreaks in humans -- that also contains genetic material of bird and pig versions of the flu.

Interestingly enough, this version has never before been seen in neither human nor animal, which I will discuss a bit later.

This does sound bad. But not so fast. There are a few reasons to not rush to conclusions that this is the deadly pandemic we"ve been told would occur in the near future (as if anyone could predict it without having some sort of inside knowledge).

Why a True Bird- or Swine Flu Pandemic is HIGHLY Unlikely

While in my opinion it is highly likely factory farming is responsible for producing this viral strain, I believe there is still no cause for concern.

You may not know this, but all H1N1 flu"s are descendants of the 1918 pandemic strain. The reason why the flu shot may or may not work, however, from year to year, is due to mutations. Therefore, there's no vaccine available for this current hybrid flu strain, and naturally, this is feeding the fear that millions of people will die before a vaccine can be made.

However, let me remind you of one very important fact here.

Just a couple of months ago, scientists concluded that the 1918 flu pandemic that killed between 50-100 million people worldwide in a matter of 18 months -- which all these worst case scenarios are built upon -- was NOT due to the flu itself!

Instead, they discovered the real culprit was strep infections.

People with influenza often get what is known as a "superinfection" with a bacterial agent. In 1918 it appears to have been Streptococcus pnuemonia.

Since strep is much easier to treat than the flu using modern medicine, a new pandemic would likely be much less dire than it was in the early 20th century, the researchers concluded.

Others, such as evolutionary biologist Paul Ewald, claim that a pandemic of this sort simply cannot happen, because in order for it to occur, the world has to change. Not the virus itself, but the world.

In a previous interview for Esquire magazine, in which he discusses the possibility of a bird flu pandemic, he states:

"They think that if a virus mutates, it"s an evolutionary event. Well, the virus is mutating because that is what viruses and other pathogens do. But evolution is not just random mutation. It is random mutation coupled with natural selection; it is a battle for competitive advantage among different strains generated by random mutation.

For bird flu to evolve into a human pandemic, the strain that finds a home in humanity has to be a strain that is both highly virulent and highly transmissible. Deadliness has to translate somehow into popularity; H5N1 has to find a way to kill or immobilize its human hosts, and still find other hosts to infect. Usually that doesn"t happen."

Ewald goes on to explain that evolution in general is all about trade-offs, and in the evolution of infections the trade-off is between virulence and transmissibility.

What this means is that in order for a "bird flu" or "swine flu" to turn into a human pandemic, it has to find an environment that favors both deadly virulence and ease of transmission.

People living in squalor on the Western Front at the end of World War I generated such an environment, from which the epidemic of 1918 could arise.

Likewise, crowded chicken farms, slaughterhouses, and jam-packed markets of eastern Asia provide another such environment, and that environment gave rise to the bird flu -- a pathogen that both kills and spreads, in birds, but not in humans.

Says Ewald:

"We know that H5N1 is well adapted to birds. We also know that it has a hard time becoming a virus that can move from person to person. It has a hard time without our doing anything. But we can make it harder. We can make sure it has no human population in which to evolve transmissibility. There is no need to rely on the mass extermination of chickens. There is no need to stockpile vaccines for everyone.

By vaccinating just the people most at risk -- the people who work with chickens and the caregivers -- we can prevent it from becoming transmissible among humans. Then it doesn"t matter what it does in chickens."

Please remember that, despite the fantastic headlines and projections of MILLIONS of deaths, the H5N1 bird flu virus killed a mere 257 people worldwide since late 2003. As unfortunate as those deaths are, 257 deaths worldwide from any disease, over the course of five years, simply does not constitute an emergency worthy of much attention, let alone fear!

Honestly, your risk of being killed by a lightning strike in the last five years was about 2,300 percent higher than your risk of contracting and dying from the bird flu. I"m not kidding! In just one year (2004), more than 1,170 people died from lighting strikes, worldwide.

So please, as the numbers of confirmed swine flu cases are released, keep a level head and don"t let fear run away with your brains.

So is the Swine Flu Getting More or Less Dangerous?

On Sunday, April 26, The Independent reported that more than 1,000 people had contracted the swine flu virus in Mexico,  but by the afternoon that same day, Mexican President Calderon declared that more than two-thirds of the 1,300 thought to have contracted the disease had been given a clean bill of health and sent home.

Additionally, the number of actual confirmed cases appears to be far lower than reported in many media outlets, leading me to believe that many reporters are interchanging the terms "suspected cases" and "confirmed cases."

Interestingly Mexico is the ONLY country in the world where someone has actually died from this disease.Mexico has reported 159 fatalities in flu-like cases in recent days, seven of which have been confirmed as swine flu. Another 19 patients have been confirmed as having swine flu but surviving. Although some insiders at WHO believe these numbers are seriously inflated and could be as low as single digits.

By contrast, the United States has had 91 confirmed cases, five hospitalizations and no deaths from US Citizens. On April 29th CNN reported the first swine fatality in the US, however this was actually a child from Mexico that died in Texas.

According to the World Health Organization"s Epidemic and Pandemic Alert and Response site; as of April 27, there are:

	91 laboratory confirmed cases in U.S. -- 0 deaths (reported by CDC as of April 30)
	26 confirmed cases in Mexico -- 7 deaths
	6 confirmed cases in Canada -- 0 deaths
	1 confirmed case in Spain -- 0 deaths

Additionally, nearly all suspected new cases have been reported as mild.

Personally, I am highly skeptical. It simply doesn't add up to a real pandemic.

But it does raise serious questions about where this brand new, never before seen virus came from, especially since it cannot be contracted from eating pork products, and has never before been seen in pigs, and contains traits from the bird flu -- and which, so far, only seems to respond to Tamiflu. Are we just that lucky, or... what?

Your Fear Will Make Some People VERY Rich in Today"s Crumbling Economy

According to the Associated Press at least one financial analyst estimates up to $388 million worth of Tamiflu sales in the near future-- and that"s without a pandemic outbreak.

More than half a dozen pharmaceutical companies, including Gilead Sciences Inc., Roche, GlaxoSmithKline and other companies with a stake in flu treatments and detection, have seen a rise in their shares in a matter of days, and will likely see revenue boosts if the swine flu outbreak continues to spread.

As soon as Homeland Security declared a health emergency, 25 percent -- about 12 million doses -- of Tamiflu and Relenza treatment courses were released from the nation"s stockpile. However, beware that the declaration also allows unapproved tests and drugs to be administered to children. Many health- and government officials are more than willing to take that chance with your life, and the life of your child. But are you?

Remember, Tamiflu went through some rough times not too long ago, as the dangers of this drug came to light when, in 2007, the FDA finally began investigating some 1,800 adverse event reports related to the drug. Common side effects of Tamiflu include:

	Nausea
	Vomiting
	Diarrhea
	Headache
	Dizziness
	Fatigue
	Cough

All in all, the very symptoms you"re trying to avoid.

More serious symptoms included convulsions, delirium or delusions, and 14 deaths in children and teens as a result of neuropsychiatric problems and brain infections (which led Japan to ban Tamiflu for children in 2007). And that"s for a drug that, when used as directed, only reduces the duration of influenza symptoms by 1 to 1 ½ days, according to the official data.

But making matters worse, some patients with influenza are at HIGHER risk for secondary bacterial infections when on Tamiflu. And secondary bacterial infections, as I mentioned earlier, was likely the REAL cause of the mass fatalities during the 1918 pandemic!

Where did This Mysterious New Animal-Human Flu Strain Come From?

Alongside the fear-mongering headlines, I"ve also seen increasing numbers of reports questioning the true nature of this virus. And rightfully so.

Could a mixed animal-human mutant like this occur naturally? And if not, who made it, and how was it released?

Not one to dabble too deep in conspiracy theories, I don't have to strain very hard to find actual facts to support the notion that this may not be a natural mutation, and that those who stand to gain have the wherewithal to pull off such a stunt.

Just last month I reported on the story that the American pharmaceutical company Baxter was under investigation for distributing the deadly avian flu virus to 18 different countries as part of a seasonal flu vaccine shipment. Czech reporters were probing to see if it may have been part of a deliberate attempt to start a pandemic; as such a "mistake" would be virtually impossible under the security protocols of that virus.

The H5N1 virus on its own is not very airborne. However, when combined with seasonal flu viruses, which are more easily spread, the effect could be a potent, airborne, deadly, biological weapon. If this batch of live bird flu and seasonal flu viruses had reached the public, it could have resulted in dire consequences.

There is a name for this mixing of viruses; it"s called "reassortment," and it is one of two ways pandemic viruses are created in the lab. Some scientists say the most recent global outbreak -- the 1977 Russian flu -- was started by a virus created and leaked from a laboratory.

Another example of the less sterling integrity of Big Pharma is the case of Bayer, who sold millions of dollars worth of an injectable blood-clotting medicine to Asian, Latin American, and some European countries in the mid-1980s, even though they knew it was tainted with the AIDS virus.

So while it is morally unthinkable that a drug company would knowingly contaminate flu vaccines with a deadly flu virus such as the bird- or swine flu, it is certainly not impossible. It has already happened more than once.

But there seems to be no repercussions or hard feelings when industry oversteps the boundaries of morality and integrity and enters the arena of obscenity. Because, lo and behold, which company has been chosen to head up efforts, along with WHO, to produce a vaccine against the Mexican swine flu?

Baxter!  Despite the fact that ink has barely dried on the investigative reports from their should-be-criminal "mistake" against humanity.

According to other sources, a top scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as HIV/AIDS victims, has concluded that the current swine flu virus possesses certain transmission "vectors" that suggest the new strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon.

The UN expert believes that Ebola, HIV/AIDS, and the current A-H1N1 swine flu virus are biological warfare agents.

In addition, Army criminal investigators are looking into the possibility that disease samples are missing from biolabs at Fort Detrick -- the same Army research lab from which the 2001 anthrax strain was released, according to a recent article in the Fredrick News Post.13 In February, the top biodefense lab halted all its research into Ebola, anthrax, plague, and other diseases known as "select agents," after they discovered virus samples that weren"t listed in its inventory and might have been switched with something else.

Factory Farming Maybe Source of Swine Flu

Another theory as to the cause of Swine Flu might be factory farming. In the United States, pigs travel coast to coast. They can be bred in North Carolina, fattened in the corn belt of Iowa, and slaughtered in California.

While this may reduce short-term costs for the pork industry, the highly contagious nature of diseases like influenza (perhaps made further infectious by the stresses of transport) needs to be considered when calculating the true cost of long-distance live animal transport.

The majority of U.S. pig farms now confine more than 5,000 animals each. With a group of 5,000 animals, if a novel virus shows up it will have more opportunity to replicate and potentially spread than in a group of 100 pigs on a small farm.

With massive concentrations of farm animals within which to mutate, these new swine flu viruses in North America seem to be on an evolutionary fast track, jumping and reassorting between species at an unprecedented rate.

As stated in the New York Times and elsewhere, flu experts have no idea whether the current seasonal flu vaccine would offer any protection whatsoever against this exotic mutant, and it will take months to create a new one.

But let me tell you, getting vaccinated now would not only offer no protection and potentially cause great harm, it would most likely be loaded with toxic mercury which is used as a preservative in most flu vaccines..

I"ve written extensively about the numerous dangers (and ineffectiveness) of flu vaccines, and why I do not recommend them to anyone. So no matter what you hear -- even if it comes from your doctor -- don"t get a regular flu shot. They rarely work against seasonal flu...and certainly can"t offer protection against a never-before- seen strain.

Currently, the antiviral drugs Tamiflu and Relenza are the only drugs that appear effective against the (human flu) H1N1 virus, and I strongly believe taking Tamiflu to protect yourself against this new virus could be a serious mistake -- for all the reasons I already mentioned above.

But in addition to the dangerous side effects of Tamiflu, there is also growing evidence of resistance against the drug. In February, the pre-publication and preliminary findings journal called Nature Precedings published a paper on this concern, stating:

The dramatic rise of oseltamivir [Tamiflu] resistance in the H1N1 serotype in the 2007/2008 season and the fixing of H274Y in the 2008/2009 season has raised concerns regarding individuals at risk for seasonal influenza, as well as development of similar resistance in the H5N1 serotype [bird flu].

Previously, oseltamivir resistance produced changes in H1N1 and H3N2 at multiple positions in treated patients. In contrast, the recently reported resistance involved patients who had not recently taken oseltamivir.

It"s one more reason not to bother with this potentially dangerous drug.

And, once a specific swine flu drug is created, you can be sure that it has not had the time to be tested in clinical trials to determine safety and effectiveness, which puts us right back where I started this article -- with a potential repeat of the last dangerous swine flu vaccine, which destroyed the lives of hundreds of people.

Topping the whole mess off, of course, is the fact that if the new vaccine turns out to be a killer, the pharmaceutical companies responsible are immune from lawsuits -- something I"ve also warned about before on numerous occasions.

Unfortunately, those prospects won"t stop the governments of the world from mandating the vaccine -- a scenario I hope we can all avoid.

How to Protect Yourself Without Dangerous Drugs and Vaccinations

For now, my point is that there are always going to be threats of flu pandemics, real or created, and there will always be potentially toxic vaccines that are peddled as the solution. But you can break free of that whole drug-solution trap by following some natural health principles.

I have not caught a flu in over two decades, and you can avoid it too, without getting vaccinated, by following these simple guidelines, which will keep your immune system in optimal working order so that you"re far less likely to acquire the infection to begin with.

Optimize your vitamin D levels. As I"ve previously reported, optimizing your vitamin D levels is one of the absolute best strategies for avoiding infections of ALL kinds, and vitamin D deficiency is likely the TRUE culprit behind the seasonality of the flu -- not the flu virus itself.

This is probably the single most important and least expensive action you can take. I would STRONGLY urge you to have your vitamin D level monitored  to confirm your levels are therapeutic at 50-70 ng.ml and done by a reliable vitamin D lab like Lab Corp.

For those of you in the US we hope to launch a vitamin D testing service through Lab Corp that allows you to have your vitamin D levels checked at your local blood drawing facility, and relatively inexpensively. We hope to offer this service by June 2009.

If you are coming down with flu like symptoms and have not been on vitamin D you can take doses of 50,000 units a day for three days to treat the acute infection. Some researchers like Dr. Cannell, believe the dose could even be as high as 1000 units per pound of body weight for three days.

However, most of Dr. Cannell"s work was with seasonal and not pandemic flu. If your body has never been exposed to the antigens there is chance that the vitamin D might not work. However the best bet is to maintain healthy levels of vitamin D around 60 ng/ml.

BUT to keep this in perspective the regular flu, not the swine flu, has killed 13,000 in the US since January. But there is strong support that these types of figures are grossly exaggerated to increase vaccine sales. However, the fact remains that the regular flu at this point in time is FAR more dangerous than the swine flu and were you worried about the regular flu before the media started talking this up?

	Avoid Sugar and Processed Foods. Sugar decreases the function of your immune system almost immediately, and as you likely know, a strong immune system is key to fighting off viruses and other illness. Be aware that sugar is present in foods you may not suspect, like ketchup and fruit juice.
	Get Enough Rest. Just like it becomes harder for you to get your daily tasks done if you"re tired, if your body is overly fatigued it will be harder for it to fight the flu. Be sure to check out my article Guide to a Good Night"s Sleep for some great tips to help you get quality rest.
	Have Effective Tools to Address Stress . We all face some stress every day, but if stress becomes overwhelming then your body will be less able to fight off the flu and other illness. If you feel that stress is taking a toll on your health, consider using an energy psychology tool such as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which is remarkably effective in relieving stress associated with all kinds of events, from work to family to trauma. 	Exercise. When you exercise, you increase your circulation and your blood flow throughout your body. The components of your immune system are also better circulated, which means your immune system has a better chance of finding an illness before it spreads. You can review my exercise guidelines for some great tips on how to get started.
	Take a good source of animal based omega-3 fats like Krill Oil. Increase your intake of healthy and essential fats like the omega-3 found in krill oil, which is crucial for maintaining health. It is also vitally important to avoid damaged omega-6 oils that are trans fats and in processed foods as it will seriously damage your immune response.
	Wash Your Hands. Washing your hands will decrease your likelihood of spreading a virus to your nose, mouth or other people. Be sure you don"t use antibacterial soap for this -- antibacterial soaps are completely unnecessary, and they cause far more harm than good. Instead, identify a simple chemical-free soap that you can switch your family to.
	Eat Garlic Regularly. Garlic works like a broad-spectrum antibiotic against bacteria, virus, and protozoa in the body. And unlike with antibiotics, no resistance can be built up so it is an absolutely safe product to use. However, if you are allergic or don"t enjoy garlic it would be best to avoid as it will likely cause more harm than good.
	Avoid Hospitals and Vaccines In this particular case, I"d also recommend you stay away from hospitals unless you"re having an emergency, as hospitals are prime breeding grounds for infections of all kinds, and could be one of the likeliest places you could be exposed to this new bug. Vaccines will not be available for six months at the minimum but when available they will be ineffective and can lead to crippling paralysis like Guillain-Barré Syndrome just as it did in the 70s.

H1N1-H5N1 Flu Outbreak Implicates Anglo-American “Vaccine Pipeline” 
Says Expert Dr. Leonard Horowitz***

*Los Angeles, CA­ Skyrocketing stock values of Novavax, Inc.,(1) precipitated by dozens of flu deaths in

Dr. James S. Robertson, England’s leading bioengineer of flu viruses for the vaccine industry, and avid promoter of U.S. Government funding for lucrative “biodefense” contracts, along with collaborators at the US Centers for
Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), *helped Novavax, Inc., in Bethesda, Maryland, produce genetically - modified recombinants of the avian, swine, and Spanish flu viruses, H5N1 and H1N1, nearly identical to the unprecedented Mexican virus that has now spread to the United States. The outbreak was precisely timed to promote the company’s new research and huge vaccine stockpiling contracts, according to Dr. Horowitz.(2) *

Scientists at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) are implicated through collaborations and publications involving private contracts with Novavax, a company that obtains its “biosimulars” through CDC Influenza
Branch director, Ruben O. Donis, and Dr. Rick Bright, previously working with Donis at the CDC, now Novavax’s Vice President of Global Influenza Programs.

*Evidence for the conspiracy to commit deadly duplicity in the vaccine industry includes the genetic markers* on the novel flu virus now spreading from Mexico to America. The virus is “genetically different from the fully
human H1N1 seasonal influenza virus that has been circulating globally for the past few years,” according to Reuters and government officials. “The new flu virus contains DNA typical to avian, swine and human viruses, including elements from European and Asian swine viruses.”(3)

“That is a description that is pathognomonic, or diagnostic, of a virus that came from Robertson’s circle of friends,” Dr. Horowitz claims. “No other group in the world takes H5N1 Asian flu infected chickens, brings them to
Europe, extracts their DNA, combines their proteins with H1N1 viruses from the 1918 Spanish flu isolate, additionally mixes in swine flu genes from pigs, then ‘reverse engineers’ them to infect humans. The end product that Reuter’s describes could only end up in Mexico via the United States from Britain in care of the CDC. Ruben Donis at the CDC had to have sent them to Novavax, where Rick Bright’s team is now implicated in a conspiracy to commit genocide­the mass killing of people for profit.”

Novavax’s preliminary report in the Journal of Virology, with co-authors from the CDC in Atlanta, was posted online at the precise time Mexican officials began reporting deaths from this new strain of flu that is clearly
an unprecedented recombinant of at least three H1N5 and H1N1 strains. Novavax’s Johnny-on-the- spot vaccine was prepared under the CDC’s “fast track” approval process specifically using these three strains never known to infect any human in Mexico.

Therefore, the statistical probability this virus came from this company of “experts” is extremely high. Alternatively, anticipated arguments the virus arrived in Mexico by serendipity, at this precise time in Novavax’s history, is ridiculously remote.

“These doctor’s conflicting corporate, scientific, and financial interests evidence criminal malfeasance,” said Dr. Leonard Horowitz, an internationally known humanitarian, award winning consumer health activist, and author of sixteen books including, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola­Nature, Accident or Intentional? (1998, Tetrahedron. org; 1-888-508-4787) , His book, and associated scientific publications, have been cited by numerous authorities as providing compelling evidence the AIDS virus came from a lab.

*“The most chilling evidence against the Robertson-Novavax (RN) vaccine pipeline, besides Robertson being the “gatekeeper” for multi-billion dollar vaccine stockpiling deals, is Robertson’s influence over the European

Dr. Robertson is the Principal Scientist in the Division of Virology at the National Institute for Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC), akin to the USFDA in the UK. During a meeting in April, 2006, discussing the
standardization of influenza vaccines on behalf of the World Health Organization (WHO), it was disclosed, “the NIBSC is involved in the serological testing of vaccine trials; the preparation and distribution of
influenza viruses to vaccine manufacturers; and the coordination of EU strain selection[s] .” Participants disclosed the EMEA persuades vaccine makers to bank on pandemics, and “invest in pandemic vaccines with the
introduction of mock up files,” which is their unassuming way of describing new laboratory engineered influenza viruses also referred to as “biosimilars.” (4)

The EMEA waves regulatory fees as an additional incentive to attract more business for allegedly “biodefense.”( 4)

Dr. Robertson, the holder of intellectual property (IP) rights to the genetic technology used to produce the H5N1 and H1N1 “mock up files” used to develop Novavax’s vaccine, waived his ownership of the technology during the
company’s research phase with a guaranteed payoff “when the vaccine is commercialized.” Robertson’s “Material Trade Agreement” (MTA), covering the transfer of these “biosimilars” to Novavax, is expected to return millions of dollars when the vaccine is sold to governments worldwide. (4)

Novavax’s commercialization and promotions of their vaccine is largely based on media hype fanning fears and markets for their avian flu, Spanish flu, and swine flu concoctions. Never before this outbreak has such a virus,
combining the three most feared flu strains, been identified.

Mexico’s killer, therefore, evidences a laboratory creation sourcing from either Novavax’s lab directly, or their partners at the CDC and NIBSC who maintain multi-million- dollar incentives. The company’s synchronously timed
professional publications, mass media releases, product representations and commercialization, evidence financial motives to commit duplicity and mass murder.

Days ago, officials at the CDC expressed serious concerns about this novel flu strain causing a deadly pandemic, not disclosing their obvious knowledge that the outbreak must have sourced from the materials used in their cooperative studies with Novavax.(5)

“These doctor’s conflicting corporate, scientific, and financial interests evidence criminal malfeasance. Killing dozens of people for publicity and duplicity in public health; to increase marketability of their new vaccine, is best described as serial homicide to advance genocide­the mass killing of people for profit,” Dr. Leonard Horowitz explained.

The most chilling evidence against Dr. Robertson’s EU research team, besides him being the gatekeeper and chief promoter for multi-billion dollar flu vaccine stockpiling deals, and besides his collaborators being caught red handed here by hard science and common sense, is his stated position that he believes it is wise to “prime” populations worldwide by releasing viruses he and his colleagues are creating. This warning comes from a April 27, 2006, scientific discourse in which Dr. Robertson, and members of his WHO working group, recommended his “biosimilars” be “used to prime the population in advance of the pandemic reaching the UK.”

In other words, the doctors that hold infectious disease responsibility for the world have already decided to loose their viruses on unwitting populations in advance of threatened outbreaks.

Our government has not put HEPA filters aboard all planes coming into the USA, they have not closed the border with Mexico, they have not put sensors in place in immigration lines in airports to detect people's temperatures, and they're not quarantining people who have temperatures who are coming from overseas (as they have been doing all over Asia in airports ever since the SARS epidemic a few years ago) for the simple reason that they're working to DELIBERATELY TRIGGER a pandemic in order to cull our numbers and to trigger martial law.

Viruses infect all types of cellular life. If, at the end of the “Swine Flu Pandemic”, the World continues to spin as usual, with no
mass casualties either from the flu, or more likely from the vaccine, no declaration of Martial
Law (for “our safety”), no forced vaccinations (again, for “our safety”), and no forced
quarantine (for the same reason), then I will accept the egg that will be on my face with
pleasure, and will happily enjoy its taste.

 

But I’m getting a REALLY BAD feeling about all of this.

 

Let’s begin at the beginning, and ask ourselves a few questions

 

WHY…

 

Would the CDC (admitted on their own website) dig up victims of the 1918 H1N1 flu (in the 90’s) and re-constitute a virus that had been absent from the Planet for so many decades…
and one that had killed many millions when it was present?

 

Would a Patent application for an H1N1 vaccine be submitted BEFORE the outbreak took place
(in 2007)?

 

Would a virus that had been absent from the Planet for almost a hundred years suddenly reappear in the population?

 

Would said prodigal virus consist of a combination of bird, human, and swine flu?

 

How did these three separate viruses combine?
*It’s impossible, unless you believe the ridiculous assertion of “re-assortment” that’s been given as the answer….literally that these three put together, shaken & stirred in a host body, would suddenly combine DNA & cleave to become a totally new organism…

 

This is kind of like saying if you put a dog & a monkey in the same room, they’ll mysteriously become a donkey…

 

FYI…
The only way for these three to have become one is by the process of gene splicing, to create rDNA, which is Recombinant DNA, which is Re-Combined-DNA. *

 

Would the WHO declare a Level 6 pandemic, the most severe pandemic stage in existence,
before 1000 people had died worldwide?
(Especially when “seasonal flu” kills 300-500 thousand worldwide each year…without these measures ever taking place)

 

Would the WHO then not impose A SINGLE RESTRICTION… no travel restriction, no school attendance restrictions, no border closings, no preventative measure precautions …Nothing???
Why propose or impose nothing to prevent the spread of this “Level 6” terror if it warranted “Level 6” status?

 

Would the WHO & CDC tell health agencies worldwide to stop testing for H1N1, & just assume that all flulike symptoms were H1N1?

 

Would BILLIONS be given to Big Pharma to create BILLIONS of doses of “vaccine” for a flu that had killed less than 1000 worldwide?

 

(Especially when “seasonal flu” kills 300-500 thousand worldwide each year…without these measures ever taking place)

 

Would that “vaccine” be needed so urgently and in such massive amounts as to warrant the addition of squalene & thimerisol, two known poisons, to the mix?

Would you put squalene, a known immune system hyper-stimulant, into a “vaccine” for a flu

Would the WHO “recommend” (so far) mandatory vaccinations to every member Country (including the U.S.) for a flu that had killed less than 1000 worldwide?

 

Would the U.S. Government pass laws making it impossible to hold Government representatives
& Big Pharma accountable for any negative circumstances resulting from the vaccination?

 

Would the mass media be flooded with stories and hints of the Military being prepared to
“assist” in the “pandemic”?

 

Would the mass media be continually mentioning (listen carefully… it’s literally “mentioning”) Martial Law in stories pertaining to the “pandemic”?

 

Would the Government be giving predictions of mass-deaths (90000 in the U.S. is the latest)
for a flu that has killed, to date, just over 1100 worldwide?

THE new swine flu vaccine - contains a deadly brain toxin linked to autism, Alzheimer's and multiple sclerosis.

WASHINGTON -- A recently completed inventory at a major U.S. Army biodefense facility found nearly 10,000 more vials of potentially lethal pathogens than were known to be stored at the site (see GSN, April 23).

 

The 9,220 samples -- which included the bacterial agents that cause plague, anthrax and tularemia; Venezuelan, Eastern and Western equine encephalitis viruses; Rift valley fever virus; Junin virus; Ebola virus; and botulinum neurotoxins -- were found during a four-month inventory
at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick, Md.,
according to Col. Mark Kortepeter, the center's deputy commander.

 

Kortepeter said yesterday it was "extremely unlikely" that any samples were smuggled out of
the center's laboratories, noting that there are "multiple layers of security" that include random exit inspections and a personnel reliability program.

Baxter: Product contained live bird flu virus

The company that released contaminated flu virus material from a plant in Austria confirmed Friday that the experimental product contained live H5N1 avian flu viruses.

 

And an official of the World Health Organization's European operation said the body is closely monitoring the investigation into the events that took place at Baxter International's research facility in Orth-Donau, Austria.

 

"At this juncture we are confident in saying that public health and occupational risk is minimal
at present," medical officer Roberta Andraghetti said from Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

"But what remains unanswered are the circumstances surrounding the incident in the Baxter facility in Orth-Donau."

 

The contaminated product, a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses and unlabelled H5N1 viruses,
was supplied to an Austrian research company. The Austrian firm, Avir Green Hills
Biotechnology, then sent portions of it to sub-contractors in the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Germany.

 

The contamination incident, which is being investigated by the four European countries, came
to light when the subcontractor in the Czech Republic inoculated ferrets with the product and they died....

Recently unearthed documents show that the drug company Bayer sold millions of dollars
worth of an injectable blood-clotting medicine -- Factor VIII concentrate, intended for hemophiliacs -- to Asian, Latin American, and some European countries in the mid-1980s, although they knew that it was tainted with AIDS...

 

Unloading the Drug on the Unknowing

 

Records show that the company continued to sell the medicine overseas in an attempt to
avoid being left with a large stock of a drug that was no longer marketable in the United
States. The dangers of the drug had become well-known domestically, but the news was slower to reach other parts of the world.

 

However, Bayer also continued to manufacture the medicine for several months after pulling it from the market in the United States, because it was cheaper to produce than the new, safer product they were introducing as a replacement.

 

Although worldwide numbers are difficult to calculate, in Hong Kong and Taiwan alone, more
than 100 hemophiliacs contracted HIV after using the medicine, and most have died.

How Safe Is the Swine Flu Vaccine?

Frank Ulrich Montgomery, the deputy head of the German Medical Association, finds the
German approach surprising. "In a mass vaccination program like this, it is preferable to resort
to proven methods and substances."

 

In fact, it would have been safer to use the conventional influenza vaccine, which has been
used and proven safe millions of times, as the basis for the new swine flu vaccine. Instead,
new production methods are also being tested. For the first time, flu vaccines that are not cultivated in chicken eggs but on cell cultures will be used on a large scale.

 

.... However, the rapid market introduction has sparked concerns, because the viruses used to make the Novartis vaccine grow on dog cells, which can cause tumors in animal experiments. Consequently, it is critical that these cells not enter the eventual vaccine.

 

Other concerns have been raised about GlaxoSmithKline's new pandemic vaccine, which is expected to be available first. The vaccine contains an adjuvant known as AS03, which is added to amplify the immune response so that fewer killed swine flu virus cells are needed.

 

"This means that more doses of vaccine can be produced with less material. In addition, the vaccine is designed to protect against other mutated H1N1 viruses," says PEI President

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. investigates the government cover-up of a mercury/autism scandal
In June 2000, a group of top government scientists and health officials gathered for a meeting
at the isolated Simpsonwood conference center in Norcross, Georgia. Convened by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the meeting was held at this Methodist retreat center, nestled in wooded farmland next to the Chattahoochee River, to ensure complete secrecy.
The agency had issued no public announcement of the session -- only private invitations to
fifty-two attendees. There were high-level officials from the CDC and the Food and Drug Administration, the top vaccine specialist from the World Health Organization in Geneva and representatives of every major vaccine manufacturer, including GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Wyeth and Aventis Pasteur. All of the scientific data under discussion, CDC officials repeatedly
reminded the participants, was strictly "embargoed." There would be no making photocopies
of documents, no taking papers with them when they left.

 

The federal officials and industry representatives had assembled to discuss a disturbing new study that raised alarming questions about the safety of a host of common childhood vaccines administered to infants and young children. According to a CDC epidemiologist named Tom Verstraeten, who had analyzed the agency's massive database containing the medical records
of 100,000 children, a mercury-based preservative in the vaccines -- thimerosal -- appeared
to be responsible for a dramatic increase in autism and a host of other neurological disorders among children. "I was actually stunned by what I saw," Verstraeten told those assembled at Simpsonwood, citing the staggering number of earlier studies that indicate a link between thimerosal and speech delays, attention-deficit disorder, hyperactivity and autism. Since 1991, when the CDC and the FDA had recommended that three additional vaccines laced with the preservative be given to extremely young infants -- in one case, within hours of birth -- the estimated number of cases of autism had increased fifteen fold, from one in every 2,500
children to one in 166 children...

 

 

 

Readying Americans for Dangerous, Mandatory Vaccinations

At least three US federal laws should concern all Americans and suggest what may be coming - mandatory vaccinations for hyped, non-existant threats, like H1N1 (Swine Flu). Vaccines and drugs like Tamiflu endanger human health but are hugely profitable to drug company manufacturers.

 

The Project BioShield Act of 2004 (S. 15) became law on July 21, 2004 "to provide protections and countermeasures against chemical, radiological, or nuclear agents that may be used in a terrorist attack against the United States by giving the National Institutes of Health contracting flexibility, infrastructure improvements, and expediting the scientific peer review process, and streamlining the Food and Drug Administration approval process of countermeasures."

 

In other words, the FDA may now recklessly approve inadequately tested, potentially dangerous vaccines and other drugs if ever the Secretaries of Health and Human Services (HHS) or Defense (DOD) declare a national emergency, whether or not one exists and regardless of whether treatments available are safe and effective. Around $6 billion or more will be spent to develop, produce, and stockpile vaccines and other drugs to counteract claimed bioterror agents.

 

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act slipped under the radar when George Bush signed it into law as part of the 2006 Defense Appropriations Act (HR 2863). It
lets the HHS Secretary declare any disease epidemic or national emergency requiring
mandatory vaccinations. Nothing in the Act lists criteria that warrant a threat. Also potential penalties aren't specified for those who balk, but very likely they'd include quarantine and possible fines....

 

The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act (S. 3678) is the other worrisome law,
effective December 19, 2006. It amended "the Public Health Service Act with respect to
public health security and all-hazards preparedness and response, and for other purposes."
Even its supporters worry about issues of privacy, liability, and putting profits over public
health. Critics express greater concerns about dangerous remedies for exaggerated or non-existant threats as well as mass hysteria created for political purposes..

Now Legal Immunity for Swine flu Vaccine Makers

The US Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, has just signed a decree granting vaccine makers total legal immunity from any lawsuits that result from any new
"Swine Flu" vaccine. Moreover, the $7 billion US Government fast-track program to rush
vaccines onto the market in time for the Autumn flu season is being done without even
normal safety testing. Is there another agenda at work in the official WHO hysteria campaign

The Vaccine May Be More Dangerous Than Swine Flu

"...Novartis, the second contender, also has an agreement with WHO for a pandemic vaccine. Novartis appears to have won the contract, since their vaccine is near completion. What is terrifying is that these pandemic vaccines contain ingredients, called immune adjuvants that a number of studies have shown cause devastating autoimmune disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and lupus.

 

Animal studies using this adjuvant have found them to be deadly. A study using 14 guinea
pigs found that when they were injected with the special adjuvant, only one animal survived.
A repeat of the study found the same deadly outcome.

 

So, what is this deadly ingredient? It is called squalene, a type of oil. The Chiron company,
maker of the deadly anthrax vaccine, makes an adjuvant called MF-59 which contains two
main ingredients of concern-squalene and gp120. A number of studies have shown that
squalene can trigger all of the above-mentioned autoimmune diseases when injected...

More about the harmonic quad

The Harmonic Quad has 4 Rife frequencies programmed into the zapper.  The zapper generates these frequencies and harmonically picks up all frequencies (both odd and even) in between, thus, sending thousands of frequencies, simultaneously. The Harmonic Quad is a pulse generator which produces a multiplexed electric signal at a fixed rate. Its output is composed of four main frequencies joined in a composite square wave. The four primary frequencies are specially chosen to work together synergistically to obtain the maximum penetration of body organs and of parasites, and give the maximum killing power while being harmless to body tissues. They work together to form thousands of harmonic frequencies that cover the whole frequency range of the targeted parasitic organisms.

All true zappers have square waves and a positive and a negative output.  Dr. Overman says to use
the positive side on the left for detox.  Has to do with the natural electrical patterns of the body
but I do not know the details.  He does not specify this for zapping.

2500 Hz has to do with penetration. It is not a special frequency for killing things.  We have even
better penetration due to the combination of audio and radio frequencies.  We have frequencies
below, near and above 2500 all at the same time.

When we made single frequency zappers we did use the 2000 Hz area.

None of these zappers can make more than one frequency at the same time so they are nothing like ours.

The square corners of all square waves are made up of odd harmonics.

If the pulse is on at least 60% of the time, even harmonics will also be produced.   It is still a
square wave with its odd harmonics too.  Dr. Overman’s zapper pulses less than 60%, only picking up the odd number frequencies.

The MiniFG can be used to run the Clark frequencies one at a time.  That is a good way to do it if
you know what frequency to use. With our zapper you can kill almost all pathogens without knowing
what frequencies you need.  Ours and Dr. Overman's are the only small devices that can do this.

Any frequency up to around 3000 Hz will penetrate better than the 30000 Hz used on older zappers.
But the area around 1,000,000 penetrates even better, right into cells. Yes, we have that too!

  The MayCo Bio Energizing Zapper uses four settings; but does not produce any R.F. or ultra-sound frequencies. The four settings are 40cycles, 100 cycles, 350 cycles, and 980 cycles. These are all Audible (Low audio was also used by Dr. Rife to modulate his Hi-Voltage R, F. output). Audio modulation was the secret of his success! I invented a device to produce health benefits without using R.F. carrier waves, or high voltages!

The MayCo Bio Energizing Zapper produces square wave positive pulses of sound energy which produce an electronic "spike". It is safer, easy to use, but still terminates the parasites! The four settings are explained primarily to be lowest for large parasites such as worms, up for skin cancer, then up for germs called bacteria, and the highest setting is for the smallest viruses. If you do not know the cause of you illness, just use either of the center settings. An exact "Frequency" is not needed, but the lower frequency is used for the larger (if known) parasites because it will develop the strongest electric "spike" on top of the pulse which can be heard and viewed by the Vu Meter. Just set the control for a meter reading of 1 -mA on the meter scale; experiment as you like.

ONIONS

 In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people, there was a Doctor who visited many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu.  Many of the farmers and their family had contracted it, and many died.

The doctor came upon one farmer, and to his surprise,  everyone in the household was very healthy.  When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different, the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home (probably only two rooms back then).  The doctor couldn't believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope.  She gave him one, and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in the onion.  It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy.

 

Now, I heard this story from my hairdresser in AZ.  She said that several years ago many of her employees were coming down with the flu and so were many of her customers. The next year she placed several bowls with onions around in her shop.  To her surprise, none of her staff got sick.  It must work... (And no, she is not in the onion business.)

 

The moral of the story is, buy some onions and place them in bowls around your home.  If you work at a desk, place one or two in your office or under your desk or even on top somewhere.  Try it and see what happens.  We did it last year, and we never  got the flu. 

 

If this helps you and your loved ones from getting sick, all the better.  If you do get the flu, it just might be a mild case....Whatever, what have you to lose?  Just a few bucks on onions!!!

 

Now there is a P.S.. to this, for I sent it to a friend in Oregon who regularly contributes material to me on health issues.  She replied with this most interesting experience about onions: 

 

Thanks for the reminder. I don't know about the farmer's story...but I do know that I contracted pneumonia, and needless to say I was very ill.  I came across an article that said to cut both ends off an onion.  Put one end on a fork, and then place the forked end into an empty jar...placing the jar next to the sick patient at night.  It said the onion would be black in the morning from the germs.  Sure enough, it happened just like that...the onion was a mess, and I began to feel better.

 

Another thing I read in the article was that onions and garlic placed around the room saved many from the black plague years ago.  They have powerful antibacterial, antiseptic properties. 

 

This is the other note:  LEFTOVER ONIONS ARE POISONOUS!  I have used an onion which has been left in the fridge.  Sometimes I don't use a whole one at one time, so I save the other half for later.  Now with this info, I have changed my mind.  I will buy smaller onions in the future. 

 

I had the wonderful privilege of touring Mullins Food Products, makers of mayonnaise.  Mullins is huge, and is owned by 11 brothers and sisters in the Mullins family.  My friend, Jeanne, is the CEO.  Questions about food poisoning came up, and I wanted to share what I learned from a chemist.  The guy who gave us our tour is named Ed..  He's one of the brothers.  Ed is a chemistry expert and is involved in developing most of the sauce formula.  He's even developed sauce formula for McDonald's.  Keep in mind that Ed is a food chemistry whiz. 

 

During the tour, someone asked if we really needed to worry about mayonnaise.  People are always worried that mayonnaise will spoil.  Ed's answer will surprise you.  Ed said that all commercially-made mayo is completely safe.  "It doesn't even have to be refrigerated.  No harm in refrigerating it, but it's not really necessary."  He explained that the pH in mayonnaise is set at a point that bacteria could not survive in that environment.  He then talked about the quintessential picnic, with the bowl ofpotato salad sitting on the table and how everyone blames the mayonnaise when someone gets sick. 

Ed says that when food poisoning is reported, the first thing the officials look for is when the 'victim' last ate ONIONS and where those onions came from (in the potato salad?).  Ed says it's not the mayonnaise (as long as it's not homemade mayo) that spoils in the outdoors.  It's probably the onions, and if not the onions, it's the POTATOES. 

 

He explained, onions are a huge magnet for bacteria, especially uncooked onions..  You should never plan to keep a portion of a sliced onion.  He says it's not even safe if you put it in a zip-lock bag and put it in your refrigerator. 

 

It's already contaminated enough just by being cut open and out for a bit, that it can be a danger to you (and doubly watch out for those onions you put on your hotdogs at the baseball park!) 

 

Ed says if you take the leftover onion and cook it like crazy you'll probably be okay, but if you slice that leftover onion and put it on your sandwich, you're asking for trouble.  Both the onions and the moist potato in a potato salad will attract and grow bacteria faster than any commercial mayonnaise will even begin to break down. 

 

So, how's that for news?  Take it for what you will.  I (the author) am going to be very careful about my onions from now on.  For some reason, I see a lot of credibility coming from a chemist and a company that produces millions of pounds of mayonnaise every year. 

 

Also, dogs should never eat onions.  Their stomachs cannot metabolize onions. 

 

Please remember it is dangerous to cut onions and try to use it to cook the next day.  It becomes highly poisonous for even a single night and creates toxic bacteria which may cause adverse stomach infections because of excess bile secretions and even food poisoning.
