This high efficiency natural gas boiler has less than 30 days
run time on it. I installed it
into a house in Bremerton which had steam radiators. But I miscalculated the
BTU/hr heat
loss in the huge 2" piping system and had to remove this boiler and replace
it with one the
next size larger. This boiler had a $1900+ pricetag when new 15
years ago.
I'd hate to
see what they cost today. It can be used as a hot water boiler as well
when used with
an
expansion tank.
The vent damper is included with this along with a brand new control package;
aquastat,
temp gauge, etc. Installation manual included. This is a steal.
